Abstract

The present application provides an automatic non-woven fabric laying device. The device includes a non-woven fabric lifting mechanism, traction manipulators, a cutting manipulator, guide rollers, guide plates and the like. By recognizing the width and diameter parameters of a hub, the non-woven fabric lifting mechanism and the traction manipulators respectively adjust the height, the traction manipulators adjust the traction length of a non-woven fabric, and the cutting manipulator cuts the non-woven fabric after the length of the non-woven fabric is determined, thereby completing automatic laying of the non-woven fabric.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . An automatic non-woven fabric laying device, comprising a support, a guide plate A, a traction manipulator A, a cutting manipulator, a non-woven fabric lifting mechanism, a guide roller A, a guide plate B, a guide roller B, a guide roller C, a traction manipulator B, a lead screw A, a guide plate C, a guide plate D and a lead screw B, wherein
 the non-woven fabric lifting mechanism mounted on one side of the support is used for mounting and lifting a non-woven fabric, and the non-woven fabric lifting mechanism is connected with the support by a linear bearing and a linear guide rail, and simultaneously provided with a linear displacement sensor; the traction manipulator A and the traction manipulator B are used for laying and pulling the non-woven fabric, and the displacements of the traction manipulator A and the traction manipulator B are automatically calculated according to the model of a hub; the guide roller A, the guide plate B, the guide roller B, the guide roller C, the guide plate C and the guide plate D are all fixedly connected with the non-woven fabric lifting mechanism; the traction manipulator A and the traction manipulator B are mounted on the lead screw A, and are configured to move axially on the lead screw A; the traction manipulator A and the traction manipulator B are provided with linear displacement sensors, and are configured to be positioned and move in the vertical direction via detection data of the displacement sensors; and the lead screw A is mounted at the top of the support, and is configured to reciprocate along the support.

         2 . The automatic non-woven fabric laying device of  claim 1 , wherein the guide plate A, the guide plate B, the guide plate C and the guide plate D support the non-woven fabric; the guide plate A is articulated with the guide plate B, and the guide plate C is articulated with the guide plate D;
 the cutting manipulator is mounted on the lead screw B, and is configured to move axially along the lead screw B; the lead screw B is fixed at the top of the support; and the cutting manipulator is provided with a linear displacement sensor, and is configured to be positioned and move in the vertical direction via detection data of the displacement sensor.

         3 . The automatic non-woven fabric laying device of claim 1 , wherein the guide roller A and the guide roller B are respectively provided with motors, and when a main shaft of the non-woven fabric lifting mechanism rotates, the non-woven fabric is driven to advance by friction of the guide roller A and the guide roller B; and
 the guide roller C is in clearance fit with the guide plate B and the guide plate D, thereby ensuring that the traction manipulator A and the traction manipulator B successfully clamp the non-woven fabric.
