Abstract

Dual sealing caps enclose, for example, a series of liquids to be combined to achieve desiderata of users. By providing, for example co-branded liquids such as an ethyl alcohol (Grey Goose® brand of vodka) and an energy drink (for example RGCKSTAR® brand or RED BULL® brand of energy drink), a fully loaded and pre-packaged bomb shot is offered for consideration according to the instant teachings. Likewise, modular and coaxial chamber sets that house substances to be at least temporarily separated are disclosed, taught (and available through Xtremco of Southern California) for housing of a multiplicity of substances, moieties and materials.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed:

         1 . A system for creating a pre-packaged drop/bomb shot, which comprises, in combination:
 At least an outer cylinder, having an upper perimeter defined by an upper landing zone for a capping means; At least a co-axial inner cylindrical member being shorter or of equivalent height to the at least an outer cylinder, and having an upper perimeter designed to engage and be sealed by a capping means; and, Means for sealingly engaging the at least an outer cylinder and the at least a co-axial inner cylindrical member; whereby, Integrity of the sealed contents of each of said at least an outer cylinder and said at least a co-axial inner cylinder, is maintained when the capping means is moved from a first to a second position.

         2 . The system of claim 1 , whereby the means for sealingly engaging includes at least one mechanism selected from the group of molded mechanical elements used to form twist on cap, and equivalent structures performing the same function.

         3 . The system of claim 2 , whereby the means for sealingly engaging further comprises threads.

         4 . A double shot container for maintaining integrity of two separate liquids, comprising, in combination:
 An outer vessel having a predetermined height and a seat for receiving, an inner member; An inner vessel, designed to be received within the seat of the outer vessel, on the bottom surface thereof, whereby a common height is achieved with the outer vessel; and A reversible twist-on and off cap member, whereby rotation in a first direction tightens the same, and in a second direction loosens the same; Whereby a user may remove the inner vessel and combine the contents with the outer vessel, with no integrity or breach issues with either vessel.

         5 . A DROP-SHOTS™ brand of pre-packaged bomb-shot assembly, comprising:
 An outer container having a threaded upper portion;
 An inner container, coaxially disposed and commonly sealable with the outer container portion;
 Whereby the integrity of the respective contents are maintained, including at least ethyl alcohol being disposed in at least one of the containers.

         6 . The DROP SHOTS™ brand of pre-packaged bomb-shot assembly, further comprising:
 At least a grip-enhancing surface, disposed about the cap assembly, or extending from the cap assembly and covering portions of the outer container.

         7 . A kit, comprising the assembly and each individual component thereof, further comprising an on-board chip or computer processing means; which may be tracked, inventoried, managed and/or ordered on-line, wirelessly, over the Internet, via smart-electronics application or specialized devices for the same or other means further comprising proprietary indicia or markings, for private label or proprietary usage.

         8 . In a modular and coaxial chamber set having a top and bottom, that houses substances to be at least temporarily separated, the improvements, comprising:
 A top-down driven capping mechanism, which mainly engages with at least two separate chambers; said capping mechanism effectively closes and seals, opens and unseals, the respective chambers; whereby movement from a first to at least a second position permits ingress to and egress from any said respective chamber.

         9 . The modular and coaxial chamber set that houses substances to be at least temporarily separated of claim 8 , further comprising at least a guide or seat mechanism, located at a bottom portion of each chamber for receiving a distal portion of each said chamber when fully assembled.

         10 . The modular and coaxial chamber set that houses substances to be at least temporarily separated of claim 9 , being sealed when assembled with the cap at a first position.

         11 . The modular and coaxial chamber set that houses substances to be at least temporarily separated of claim 10 , further comprising volatile or frangible substances, whereby the sealed nature of said chambers set prevents catabolic changes to the same.
