Foldable Bed Frame and Adjustable Mattress

Abstract

An adjustable mattress comprises a foldable bed frame, a decorative soft package covering the bed frame, and a plurality of independent barrel springs inside the bed frame. The plurality of independent barrel springs are arranged in a matrix. The bed frame and the independent barrel springs are covered with a cover cloth and an upper sealing mattress. The bed frame includes two transverse frames and two vertical frames, which are connected via bendable joints. The two transverse frames comprise two PVC sections connected by folding joints, and the two vertical frames comprises a plurality of PVC sections connected by bidirectional bending joints.

A foldable bed frame, comprising two transverse frames and two vertical frames, said two transverse frames are connected to said two vertical frames by bendable joints, wherein said two transverse frames comprise two sections of PVC straight sections which are connected by folding joints; said two vertical frames comprise a plurality of PVC straight sections which are connected by bidirectional bending joints.

The foldable bed frame according to  claim 1 , wherein said bidirectional bending joints comprise a second sub-joint, a plurality of first sub-joints and a third sub-joint, one side of the first sub-joints protrude outside forming first mounting lugholes, another side of the first sub-joints sink inside forming second mounting lugholes, the first mounting lugholes and the second mounting lugholes which are adjacent to each other form pivots when they are fixed by locking screws; one side of the second sub-joint is connected with the sub-joints by the locking screws, the other side of the second sub-joint is clipped to the adjacent PVC straight section, one side of the third sub-joint is connected with the adjacent first sub-joints by the locking screws, and the other side of the third sub joint is clipped to the adjacent PVC straight section.

The foldable bed frame according to  claim 2 , wherein said PVC straight section comprises head PVC, back PVC, thigh PVC and shank PVC, said head PVC is connected with the back PVC by a neck joint, the back PVC is connected with the thigh PVC by buttock PVC, the thigh PVC is connected with the thigh PVC by a knee joint.

The foldable bed frame according to  claim 3 , wherein said neck joint comprises 3 first sub-joints, the buttock joint comprises 20 first sub-joints, said knee joint comprises 6 first sub-joints, the bendable angle of each of said first sub joints is 6 degrees, the hole distance between a first installing lughole and a second installing lughole of the first sub-joints is 22 mm. 
     
     
         5 . The foldable bed frame according to  claim 1 , wherein said two transverse frames and two vertical frames are connected with each other by a four-corner joint. 
     
     
         6 . The foldable bed frame according to  claim 5 , wherein said four-corner joint is composed of a corner hinge and two T-shape hinges; or the four-corner joint is composed of a corner hinge and four T-shape hinges. 
     
     
         7 . An adjustable mattress, comprising a bed frame, a decorative soft package is configured out of the bed frame, said the bed frame is the bed frame according to any one of  claim 1 , a plurality of depending barrel springs are configured inside the bed frame, the plurality of depending barrel springs are configured in a matrix, a cover cloth and a upper sealing mattress are configured outside the bed frame and the depending barrel springs. 
     
     
         8 . The adjustable mattress according to  claim 7 , wherein upper and lower striped barbs are configured on said decorative soft package, and said upper and lower striped barbs are clipped in the groove of the bed frame, a shielding cloth with a magic post is configured inside the decorative soft package.

The adjustable mattress according to  claim 8 , wherein said upper sealing mattress is a latex mattress cover, a zipper connecting fastening cloth is configured on the decorative soft package, and the zipper configured on side of the decorative soft package is abutting jointed to the zipper configured on the upper sealing mattress.
