Claims

Abstract

A wakeboard has a first outer shell, a second outer shell, a foam plate, an uneven portion, and a draining structure. The foam plate is wrapped in the first outer shell and the second outer shell. The uneven portion is formed on the first outer shell. The draining structure is formed at the uneven portion. The uneven portion is convenient for user to ride on. The draining structure prevents water from accumulating in the uneven portion.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A wakeboard comprising:
 a first outer shell;   a second outer shell;   a foam plate wrapped in the first outer shell and the second outer shell;   an uneven portion formed on the first outer shell; and   a draining structure formed at the uneven portion.   
     
     
         2 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein
 the uneven portion has
 a first recessed portion; 
 a second recessed portion; 
 a third recessed portion disposed between the first recessed portion and the second recessed portion; and 
 two curved protrusions, one of the two curved protrusions disposed between the first recessed portion and the third recessed portion, and the other one of the two curved protrusions disposed between the second recessed portion and the third recessed portion; and 
   the draining structure has
 at least one first draining gap communicating with the first recessed portion; 
 at least one second draining gap communicating with the second recessed portion; and 
 at least one third draining gap communicating with the third recessed portion. 
   
     
     
         3 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein
 the first recessed portion has a parabolic edge with two ends;   the at least one first draining gap comprises two first draining gaps; and   the two first draining gaps are respectively disposed at the two ends of the parabolic edge of the first recessed portion.   
     
     
         4 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein
 the third recessed portion has two lateral edges;   the two lateral edges are parallel to each other and extend along a lengthwise direction of the wakeboard, and each one of the two lateral edges has two opposite ends;   the at least one third draining gap comprises four third draining gaps; and   the four third draining gaps are respectively disposed at the four ends of the two lateral edges of the third recessed portion.   
     
     
         5 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein
 the second recessed portion inclines to the third recessed portion and has a U-shaped edge with two ends, and the two ends of the U-shaped edge of the second recessed portion face to the curved protrusion that divides the second recessed portion and the third recessed portion;   the at least one second draining gap comprises two second draining gaps; and   the two second draining gaps are respectively disposed at the two ends of the U-shaped edge of the second recessed portion.   
     
     
         6 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a receiving recess disposed at the third recessed portion; and   a storing unit having
 a storing container; and 
 a gripping handle; 
   wherein the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are embedded in the receiving recess adjacent to the curved protrusion that divides the first recessed portion and the third recessed portion.   
     
     
         7 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a receiving recess disposed at the third recessed portion; and   a storing unit having
 a storing container; and 
 a gripping handle; 
   wherein the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are embedded in the receiving recess adjacent to the curved protrusion that divides the first recessed portion and the third recessed portion.   
     
     
         8 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a receiving recess disposed at the third recessed portion; and   a storing unit having
 a storing container; and 
 a gripping handle; 
   wherein the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are embedded in the receiving recess adjacent to the curved protrusion that divides the first recessed portion and the third recessed portion.   
     
     
         9 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a receiving recess disposed at the third recessed portion; and   a storing unit having
 a storing container; and 
 a gripping handle; 
   wherein the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are embedded in the receiving recess adjacent to the curved protrusion that divides the first recessed portion and the third recessed portion.   
     
     
         10 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein
 the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are integrally formed together; and   the storing unit has a cover adjacent to an opening of the storing container;   the cover is mounted on the storing container and able to block the opening of the storing container.   
     
     
         11 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein
 the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are integrally formed together; and   the storing unit has a cover adjacent to an opening of the storing container;   the cover is mounted on the storing container and able to block the opening of the storing container.   
     
     
         12 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein
 the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are integrally formed together; and   the storing unit has a cover adjacent to an opening of the storing container;   the cover is mounted on the storing container and able to block the opening of the storing container.   
     
     
         13 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein
 the storing container of the storing unit and the gripping handle of the storing unit are integrally formed together; and   the storing unit has a cover adjacent to an opening of the storing container;   the cover is mounted on the storing container and able to block the opening of the storing container.   
     
     
         14 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein
 the gripping handle has a receiving chamber having
 a wide area disposed at a middle position of the gripping handle, having a width, and designed for insertion of fingers; 
 two narrow areas communicating with the wide area and designed for accommodating a paddle blade of a push pole paddle; and 
 each one of the two narrow areas has a width thinner than the width of the wide area. 
   
     
     
         15 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein
 the gripping handle has a receiving chamber having
 a wide area disposed at a middle position of the gripping handle, having a width, and designed for insertion of fingers; 
 two narrow areas communicating with the wide area and designed for accommodating a paddle blade of a push pole paddle; and 
   each one of the two narrow areas has a width thinner than the width of the wide area.   
     
     
         16 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein
 the gripping handle has a receiving chamber having
 a wide area disposed at a middle position of the gripping handle, having a width, and designed for insertion of fingers; 
 two narrow areas communicating with the wide area and designed for accommodating a paddle blade of a push pole paddle; and 
   each one of the two narrow areas has a width thinner than the width of the wide area.   
     
     
         17 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 13 , wherein
 the gripping handle has a receiving chamber having
 a wide area disposed at a middle position of the gripping handle, having a width, and designed for insertion of fingers; 
 two narrow areas communicating with the wide area and designed for accommodating a paddle blade of a push pole paddle; and 
   each one of the two narrow areas has a width thinner than the width of the wide area.   
     
     
         18 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a lengthwise direction;   a first end;   a second end opposite the first end of the wakeboard in the lengthwise direction of the wakeboard;   a first buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the first end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to a rope;   a second buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the second end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to the rope;   a plurality of anti-slip mats adhered to the third recessed portion; and   a buffering block mounted at the second end of the wakeboard.   
     
     
         19 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a lengthwise direction;   a first end;   a second end opposite the first end of the wakeboard in the lengthwise direction of the wakeboard;   a first buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the first end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to a rope;   a second buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the second end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to the rope;   a plurality of anti-slip mats adhered to the third recessed portion; and   a buffering block mounted at the second end of the wakeboard.   
     
     
         20 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a first end;   a second end opposite the first end of the wakeboard in the lengthwise direction of the wakeboard;   a first buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the first end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to a rope;   a second buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the second end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to the rope;   a plurality of anti-slip mats adhered to the third recessed portion; and   a buffering block mounted at the second end of the wakeboard.   
     
     
         21 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the wakeboard has
 a lengthwise direction;   a first end;   a second end opposite the first end of the wakeboard in the lengthwise direction of the wakeboard;   a first buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the first end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to a rope; and   a second buckle mounted on the first outer shell, adjacent to the second end of the wakeboard, and capable of connecting to the rope;   a plurality of anti-slip mats adhered to the third recessed portion; and   a buffering block mounted at the second end of the wakeboard.   
     
     
         22 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein
 the foam plate is made of Polystyrene and has
 two reinforced frames mounted inside the foam plate and made of fiber-reinforced plastic; and 
 two wooden frames mounted inside the foam plate and disposed between the two reinforced frames. 
   
     
     
         23 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein
 the foam plate is made of Polystyrene and has
 two reinforced frames mounted inside the foam plate and made of fiber-reinforced plastic; and 
 two wooden frames mounted inside the foam plate and disposed between the two reinforced frames. 
   
     
     
         24 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein
 the foam plate is made of Polystyrene and has
 two reinforced frames mounted inside the foam plate and made of fiber-reinforced plastic; and 
 two wooden frames mounted inside the foam plate and disposed between the two reinforced frames. 
   
     
     
         25 . The wakeboard as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein
 the foam plate is made of Polystyrene and has
 two reinforced frames mounted inside the foam plate and made of fiber-reinforced plastic; and 
 two wooden frames mounted inside the foam plate and disposed between the two reinforced frames.
