Abstract

Disclosed is a wheel front burr cleaning device. The device is composed of a rack ( 1 ), a lifting cylinder ( 2 ), a support frame ( 3 ), guide posts ( 4 ), guide sleeves ( 5 ), a lifting table ( 6 ), a brush ( 7 ), bearing seats ( 8 ) and the like, wherein a servo motor I ( 11 ) is fixed on the side of the rack ( 1 ), the output end of the motor is connected with a turnover platform ( 10 ) via a coupling ( 12 ), the middle part of the turnover platform ( 10 ) is a cuboid, circular shafts are arranged on the left side and right side of the turnover platform ( 10 ), and the shafts are matched with bearings ( 9 ); and the structures above and below the turnover platform ( 10 ) are completely consistent, wheel positioning clamping rotating systems are distributed symmetrically, and the servo motor I ( 11 ) controls the turnover platform ( 10 ) to rotate 180 degrees every time, thereby realizing cyclic switching of the positioning clamping systems above and below the turnover platform ( 10 ).

A wheel front burr cleaning device, being composed of a rack, a lifting cylinder, a support frame, guide posts, guide sleeves, a lifting table, a brush, bearing seats, bearings, a turnover platform, a servo motor I, a coupling, guide rails, a left sliding plate, a right sliding plate, a gear rack structure, a servo motor II, clamping wheels, a clamping cylinder, a feeding roller bed, a working roller bed, a discharge roller bed, a cutter system support frame, a rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder, a rim burr cutter feeding cylinder, a left sliding table, a rim burr cutter, a cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder, a right sliding table, adjusting guide rails, a cap section burr cutter and a cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder, wherein the servo motor I is fixed on the side of the rack, the output end of the motor is connected with the turnover platform via the coupling, the middle part of the turnover platform is a cuboid, circular shafts are arranged on the left side and right side of the turnover platform, and the shafts are matched with the bearings; the structures above and below the turnover platform are completely consistent, wheel positioning clamping rotating systems are distributed symmetrically, and the servo motor I controls the turnover platform to rotate 180 degrees every time, thereby realizing cyclic switching of the positioning clamping systems above and below the turnover platform.

The wheel front burr cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the guide rails are symmetrically installed above the turnover platform, the left sliding plate and the right sliding plate are respectively installed on the guide rails, and the left sliding plate is connected with the right sliding plate via the gear rack structure; the servo motor II is installed on the left sliding plate, the clamping wheels are installed on the shaft connected with the output end of the motor, two clamping wheels are installed on each of the left sliding plate and the right sliding plate, and the clamping cylinder is connected with the left sliding plate; when the clamping cylinder drives the left sliding plate to move, the right sliding plate moves synchronously with the left sliding plate under the action of the gear rack structure, and the four clamping wheels can clamp a wheel.

The wheel front burr cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the two adjusting guide rails are symmetrically installed at the top of the cutter system support frame, and the left sliding table and the right sliding table are respectively installed on the adjusting guide rails.

The wheel front burr cleaning device of  claim 1 , wherein the position of the rim burr cutter can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the left sliding table, and the position of the cap section burr cutter can be adjusted by left and right sliding of the right sliding table.

The wheel front burr cleaning device of  claim 4 , wherein the rim burr cutter feeding cylinder is installed on the left sliding table, the rim burr cutter is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the rim burr cutter is used for removing burrs at the rim of the wheel; the rim burr cutter adjusting cylinder is installed on the left upper part of the cutter system support frame, and the output end of the cylinder is connected with the left sliding table; the cap section burr cutter feeding cylinder is installed on the right sliding table, the cap section burr cutter is installed at the output end of the cylinder, and the cap section burr cutter is used for removing burrs at the cap section of the wheel; the cap section burr cutter adjusting cylinder is installed on the right upper part of the cutter system support frame, and the output end of the cylinder is connected with the right sliding table.
