Abstract
An operating method of an electronic device is provided. The method includes selecting an area corresponding to at least one field of a page displayed through a display of the electronic device on the basis of an input; confirming an attribute corresponding to the at least one field among a plurality of attributes including a first attribute and a second attribute; and selectively providing a content corresponding to the attribute among at least one content including a first content and a second content according to the confirmed attribute.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An electronic device comprising:
a display; at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: display a text input area via the display; receive, from an input tool spaced apart from the display, a hovering input on the text input area; in response to the reception, display a visual affordance, for indicating that a handwritten input is receivable for input to the text input area, wherein the visual affordance is at least partially superimposed on the text input area; receive a touch input on the visual affordance; and in response to receiving the touch input, display another text input area capable of receiving the handwritten input.
2 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the other text input area is disposed below the text input area.
3 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
receive the handwritten input through the other text input area; and display, in the text input area, a text which is a result of recognition of the handwritten input.
4 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
display, in the text input area, the text with a designated font based on the recognition of the handwritten input.
5 . The electronic device of claim 3 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
in response to receiving the handwritten input through the other text input area, display a path of the handwritten input in the other text input area.
6 . The electronic device of claim 5 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
auto-scroll the displayed path of the handwritten input in horizontal direction.
7 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the visual affordance is maintained while the hovering input is maintained over the display.
8 . An electronic device comprising:
a display; at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: display, with at least one message received from another electronic device, an input area for writing a message to be transmitted to the other electronic device; receive, while displaying the input area with the at least one message, an input for enclosing an image in the message; in response to receiving the input, display, with the at least one message and the input area, at least portion of a plurality of thumbnail images for respectively representing a plurality of images; receive, while displaying the at least portion of the plurality of thumbnail images, another input for selecting a thumbnail image among the plurality of thumbnail images; and in response to receiving the other input, display the selected thumbnail image within the input area that is enlarged.
9 . The electronic device of claim 8 , wherein the at least portion of the plurality of thumbnail images, which are displayed in response to receiving the input, correspond to most recently captured images among the plurality of images.
10 . The electronic device of claim 8 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to:
in response to receiving a flick input on the at least portion of the plurality of thumbnail images, auto-scroll the plurality of thumbnail images.
11 . An electronic device comprising:
a display; at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: display at least portion of a plurality of thumbnail images for respectively representing a plurality of images; receive a hovering input over a thumbnail image among the plurality of thumbnail images; and in response to receiving the hovering input, display the thumbnail image that is enlarged as superimposed on at least portion of the plurality of thumbnail images, with at least one executable object for processing the thumbnail image.
12 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the thumbnail image that is enlarged is maintained while the hovering input is maintained over the display.
13 . The electronic device of claim 11 , wherein the at least portion of the plurality of thumbnail images is maintained on the display independently from receiving the hovering input.
14 . A method of an electronic device comprising:
displaying a text input area via a display of the electronic device; receiving, from an input tool spaced apart from the display, a hovering input on the text input area; in response to the reception, displaying a visual affordance, for indicating that a handwritten input is receivable for input to the text input area, wherein the visual affordance is at least partially superimposed on the text input area; receiving a touch input on the visual affordance; and in response to receiving the touch input, displaying another text input area capable of receiving the handwritten input.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the other text input area is disposed below the text input area.
16 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising:
receiving the handwritten input through the other text input area; and displaying, in the text input area, a text which is a result of recognition of the handwritten input.
17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the displaying the text comprises displaying, in the text input area, the text with a designated font based on the recognition of the handwritten input.
18 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising:
in response to receiving the handwritten input through the other text input area, display a path of the handwritten input in the other text input area.
19 . The method of claim 18 , further comprising:
auto-scroll the displayed path of the handwritten input in horizontal direction.
20 . The method of claim 14 , wherein the visual affordance is maintained while the hovering input is maintained over the display.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
