Abstract

A biometric information process device includes: an image device configured to capture an image of an object; a memory; and a processor coupled to the memory and the processor configured to execute a process, the process comprising: detecting a touch point of the object with respect to a touch panel; extracting a biometric feature from the image of the object that is acquired by the image device; and correcting biometric information acquired from the image of the object based on a movement amount of the object on the touch panel and a movement amount of the biometric feature in the image of the object when the touch point detected in the detecting moves.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A distance detection device comprising:
 an image device configured to capture an image of an object;   a memory; and   a processor coupled to the memory and the processor configured to execute a process, the process comprising:   detecting a touch point of the object with respect to a touch panel;   extracting a biometric feature from the image of the object that is acquired by the image device; and   acquiring a distance between the image device and the object based on a movement amount of the object on the touch panel and a movement amount of the biometric feature in the image of the object when the touch point detected in the detecting moves.
