Abstract
Methods, systems, and products index digital scenes in digital media. A uniform resource locator is assigned to each different digital scene within the digital media. The uniform resource locator uniquely identifies a resource from which each different digital scene may be retrieved. Individual scenes may thus be retrieved, thus conserving bandwidth and memory.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method, comprising:
receiving, by a server, a request from a client device requesting a digital media; retrieving, by the server, a scene index associated with the digital media, the scene index associating promotional objects to scenes within the digital media; generating, by the server, a menu of contents associated with the digital media, the menu of contents incorporating the scene index associated with the digital media; and sending, by the server, the menu of contents to the client device, the menu of contents having the scene index incorporated therein.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising associating a uniform resource locator to the scene index.
3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising associating the digital media to the scene index in a database of content.
4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising associating a uniform resource locator to each scene in the digital media.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving a title associated with the digital media.
6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising associating the title to the scene index.
7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising querying an electronic database for the title associated with the digital media, the electronic database electronically associating the scene index to the title.
8 . A system, comprising:
a hardware processor; and a memory device, the memory device storing instructions, the instructions when executed causing the hardware processor to perform operations, the operations comprising: receiving a request from a client device requesting a digital media; retrieving a scene index associated with the digital media, the scene index associating promotional objects to scenes within the digital media; generating a menu of contents associated with the digital media, the menu of contents incorporating the scene index associated with the digital media; and sending the menu of contents to the client device, the menu of contents having the scene index incorporated therein.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise associating a uniform resource locator to the scene index.
10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise associating the digital media to the scene index in a database of content.
11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise associating a uniform resource locator to each scene in the digital media.
12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise receiving a title associated with the digital media.
13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the operations further comprise associating the title to the scene index.
14 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the operations further comprise querying an electronic database for the title associated with the digital media, the electronic database electronically associating the scene index to the title.
15 . A memory device storing instructions that when executed cause a hardware processor to perform operations, the operations comprising:
receiving a request from a client device requesting a digital media; retrieving a scene index associated with the digital media, the scene index associating promotional objects to scenes within the digital media; generating a menu of contents associated with the digital media, the menu of contents incorporating the scene index associated with the digital media; and sending the menu of contents to the client device, the menu of contents having the scene index incorporated therein.
16 . The memory device of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise associating a uniform resource locator to the scene index.
17 . The memory device of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise associating the digital media to the scene index in a database of content.
18 . The memory device of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise associating a uniform resource locator to each scene in the digital media.
19 . The memory device of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise receiving a title associated with the digital media.
20 . The memory device of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise associating the title to the scene index.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
