Abstract
A reinforcement steel bar includes a shaft part and a head part formed by forging an end portion of the shaft part. The head part is provided with a projection projecting from the shaft part in a radial direction of the shaft part, and a flat surface extending parallel to an axial direction of the shaft part. A distance from a shaft center of the shaft part to the flat surface is in a range from 100% to 115% of a maximum radius of the shaft part.

a shaft part; and a forged head part provided at an end portion of the shaft part, wherein the head part is provided with
a projection projecting from the shaft part in a radial direction of the shaft part, and
a flat surface extending parallel to an axial direction of the shaft part, and
a distance from a shaft center of the shaft part to the flat surface is in a range from 100% to 115% of a maximum radius of the shaft part,
wherein a rib is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft part.
