an leg portion; an stand rod(s) portion; an pivoting component that houses multiple components; an stand coupling component; an rod sliding component; and an hinge portion comprising multiple links.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the stand rod(s) consist of an square shape body comprising of an threaded hole at each end of an portion of the stand rod(s) body intended to couple the stand rod(s) to an top leg portion and an threaded hole at an area of the side portion for coupling an stand coupling component to an side portion.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the top leg portion and bottom leg portion comprises an cylinder shape body consisting of an slight hour-glass curve at a portion, comprising of a non-threaded hole at both sides symmetrically of the bottom area of the top and bottom leg portion whereas the top leg portion composes an threaded hole at an cavity portion area of the top portion of the top leg portion intended to couple the rod(s) sliding component to an area on the top leg portion.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the inner portion of the pivoting component comprises of an plastic cylinder shape pivoting base comprising of an hole at one top side whereas the pivoting base house's at lease one end of the top leg portion.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the top portion of the base link is coupled to the pivoting base by an pin that keep an meeting area immobilize whereas the bottom portion of the base link is coupled to the member link by an axis (pin) that is configured to allow the base link and member link meeting area to rotate from an 130° obtuse angle to an 168° obtuse angle.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the separation link is further coupled to the base link at one end by an pin that keeps an meeting area immobilize whereas the separation link is couple to the rotation link at another end by an axis (pin) that is further configured to allow the rotation link and base link meeting area to rotate from an 46° acute angle to an 271° reflex angle.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the hinge locking component includes an latch at one portion of the body that slides in an backward(s) and forward(s) direction to lock and unlock an portion of the hinge in a place.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the hinge locking component comprises of an slot area that receives an portion of the latch member and flexible spring whereas the spring covers the predominant inner portion of the slot area.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the latch is further coupled to an horizontal plastic member, whereas the middle portion composes of an circular latch coupling member that receives an portion of the latch and an notch end is inserted in between an portion of the spring to execute an forward and backward movement.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the rotating link portion is further configured to rotate on the rotating link and separation link meeting area axis.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the rotating link comprises of an partial circle opening at one end portion of the link whereas the link lip area is configured to meet an portion of the rotation stopper upon the rotation link reaching an specific region on the separation link.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the separation link composes an square shape stopper housing comprising an opening at an top side configured to house one end of the rotation stopper made of an aluminum material.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the separation link rotation stopper is an thick square shape rubber material coupled to one portion of the stopper housing on the separation link that further restricts one or more directions of one portion of the hinge rotation link rotation.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the rod(s) sliding component comprises of an flat shape body where both end portion curved inward in an direction towards the middle of the rod(s) sliding component to form an partial opening allowing the stand rod(s) to slide back and forth freely within the rod(s) sliding component as the likes of the end portion(s) of an curtain rod(s).

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein the rod(s) sliding component further includes an threaded screw couple to an bottom portion of the rod(s) sliding component to further couple to an portion of the top leg portion cavity portion.

. The universal stand according to claim 7 , wherein where both sides of the inner portion of the top portion of the stand coupling component curve inward and outward in an direction to form an curved groove area for securing an portion of the rack whereas on groove area is larger than the other.

. The universal stand according to claim 22 , wherein the top portion of the stand coupling component is made of an rubber type material.
