Selfie apparatus
Abstract
Apparatus for use with a communication device, such as an Phone®, having a camera enabled by a wireless communication chip such as Bluetooth® to take a selfie picture or video. The apparatus comprises a base and first and second flexible arms extending upward from the base. The apparatus further comprises first and second light sources engaged with the first and second flexible arms, respectively. The apparatus further comprises a third flexible arm extending upward from said base. The apparatus further comprises a fastener engaged with the third flexible arm and removably engageable with the communication device. The apparatus further comprises a control unit that is adapted to send a signal upon to the communication device to activate the camera to take a picture or to adjust the intensity and/or temperature of the first and second light sources. The control circuit is activated by a hand-held remote control device.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A lighting apparatus for use on a floor and with an electronic communication device having a camera to take a picture or video comprising:
a stand comprising a base and first, second, and third legs engageable with the floor; a control unit engaged with said stand; a first flexible arm engaged with and extending upward from said control unit; a second flexible arm engaged with and extending upward from said control unit; a third flexible arm engaged with and extending upward from said control unit; a first light source engaged with said first flexible arm and facing away from said stand during use of said first light source to take a picture; a second light source engaged with said second flexible arm and facing away from stand during use of said second light source to take a picture; and a fastener engagable with said third flexible arm and engageable with the communication device.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein said control unit is adapted to send a signal to the communication device to activate the camera to take a picture.
3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein said control unit is activated by a hand-held remote control device.
4 . The apparatus of claim 3 , wherein said control unit is adapted to send a signal to the communication device to activate said first light source by said hand-held remote control device.
5 . The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein said control unit is engaged with the said base.
6 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein each of said first and second light sources comprise a plurality of light emitting diodes.
7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein said light emitting diode is a 50/50 LED.
8 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein said fastener comprises first and second arms to removably secure the communication device.
9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein said control unit comprises a microcontroller.
10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , further comprising a communication chip connected with said microcontroller.
11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein said communication chip comprises Bluetooth® protocol.
12 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein said microcontroller comprises a first set of instructions to activate said first light source.
