Abstract

The invention relates to a crushing blade arrangement of a crushing drum, in which on the outer surface of the crushing drum are arranged a plurality of crushing blades. The arrangement includes, fixedly attached on the outer surface of the drum, a blade holder (1) with a receiving space (3) for an interchangeable blade piece (11). The blade piece (11) is composed of a horizontal blade portion (13) and a vertical shaft portion (12), which shaft portion (12) is adapted to be placed into the receiving space (3) of the blade holder and to be locked into it by means of a separate locking element. The receiving space (3) is shaped as an opening, which has on at least one side a locking protrusion (5) extending inwards to the opening. The shaft portion (12) of the blade piece (11) is shaped as substantially corresponding to the opening of the blade holder and equipped with a locking channel (15) corresponding to said at least one locking protrusion (5) and extending towards the interior space of the shaft, which locking protrusion (5) and locking channel (15) together form a form locking.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A crushing blade arrangement of a crushing drum, in which on the outer surface of the crushing drum are arranged a plurality of crushing blades, which arrangement includes, fixedly attached on the outer surface of the drum, a blade holder with a receiving space for an interchangeable blade piece; that the blade piece is composed of a horizontal blade portion and a vertical shaft portion, which shaft portion is adapted to be placed into the receiving space of the blade holder and to be locked into it by means of a separate locking element; wherein the receiving space is shaped as a substantially quadrangular opening opening onto the upper surface of the blade holder and having on at least one side, extending inwards to the opening, a locking protrusion extending between the bottom surface of the blade holder and its upper surface; and that the shaft portion of the blade piece is shaped substantially quadrangular, corresponding to the opening of the blade holder, and equipped with a longitudinal locking channel of the shaft portion corresponding to said at least one locking protrusion and extending towards the interior space of the shaft, which locking protrusion and locking channel together form a form locking.

2 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein on two opposite sides of the opening are locking protrusions extending towards each other, and that the shaft of the blade piece has on its two opposite sides locking channels corresponding to the locking protrusions.

3 . The arrangement according to claim 2 , wherein into the blade holder is formed a horizontal locking hole, which travels substantially at the locking protrusions, and that into the blade piece is formed a corresponding horizontal locking hole, which travels substantially at the locking channels.

4 . The arrangement according to claim 2 , wherein to the upper edge of the two opposite sides of the opening of the blade holder is formed an indentation extending on the outer surface of the blade holder, into which indentation is to be fitted a tool for detaching the blade piece in the holder, which indentations are located on those sides of the opening, which have no locking protrusions.

5 . The arrangement according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom surface of the holder is formed as curved, corresponding to the curvature of the outer surface of the crushing drum.
