Abstract

Disclosed is a hand bag for storing, carrying, displaying, selecting, and/or returning many types of articles. The hand bag comprises a body comprising a cavity to store the articles, a lower open end, and an upper open end. The hand bag further comprises an upper flap engaged with the upper open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a lower flap engaged with the lower open end of the body. The hand bag further comprises a flexible sheet engaged with said lower open end between a first position where the flexible sheet is disposed outward of the body upon the lower flap with the articles resting on the body allowing the person unobstructed access to the articles and a second position where the flexible sheet may be held to form a u-shaped tube allowing the articles to be inserted into the lower open end of the body.

What is claimed: 
     
         1 . A hand bag for storing, carrying, displaying, and dispensing a plurality of articles comprising:
 a body comprising a cavity to store the articles, a lower open end, an upper open end, a rear wall, and a front wall;   an upper flap engaged with said upper open end of said body;   a lower flap engaged with said lower open end of said body; and   a flexible sheet engaged with said lower open end between a stored and extended position; said flexible sheet comprises a body portion, a first end portion, and a second end portion comprising first and second corners; said flexible sheet being movable between a first position where said flexible sheet is disposed outward of said body upon said lower flap with the articles resting on said body portion of said flexible sheet allowing the person unobstructed access to the articles disposed along the entire length of said body portion of said flexible sheet and a second position where said first and second corners of said flexible sheet may be held to form a u-shaped tube allowing the articles to be inserted by the person into said lower open end of said body leading to cavity of said body.   
     
     
         2 . The hand bag of  claim 1 , further comprising a handle engaged with said upper flap. 
     
     
         3 . The hand bag of  claim 2 , wherein said handle is a rope. 
     
     
         4 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein said body is made from plastic. 
     
     
         5 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein said lower flap is made from plastic. 
     
     
         6 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein said upper flap is made from plastic. 
     
     
         7 . The container of  claim 1 , wherein said lower open end of said body is rectangular shaped. 
     
     
         8 . The hand bag of  claim 1 , wherein said flexible sheet is made from plastic.
