Abstract
Embodiments disclosed herein describe systems and methods for a pipeline bracket with a lug sleeve and link, wherein the link is configured to couple with the lug sleeve and a tie-down strap via removable bolts. The tie-down strap may be configured to distribute the forces caused by movement of the pipeline to the pipeline bracket.
Claims

a link configured to be coupled with the lug sleeve and a tie down strap, the link including first mounting orifices positioned on a first end of the link, the first mounting orifices being configured to receive a first mounting bolt; second mounting orifices positioned on a second end of the link, the second mounting orifices being configured to receive a second mounting bolt; a stop positioned between the first mounting orifices and the second mounting orifices, the stop being configured to limit the rotation of the link.
2 . The pipeline system of claim 1 , further comprising:
a lug sleeve configured to couple with an extension rod of an anchor, the lug sleeve including a hollow chamber extending through a longitudinal axis of the lug sleeve in a first direction, the lug sleeve including third mounting orifices, the first mounting orifices extending in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.
3 . The pipeline system of claim 2 , wherein the first mounting orifices are configured to be aligned with the third mounting orifices.
4 . The pipeline system of claim 3 , wherein the second mounting orifices are positioned in parallel to the first mounting orifices and the third mounting orifices.
5 . The pipeline system of claim 2 , wherein a first distance between the first mounting orifices is greater than a second distance between the third mounting orifices.
6 . The pipeline system of claim 1 , wherein the stop is positioned in a plane that is in parallel to the first mounting orifices and the second mounting orifices.
7 . The pipeline system of claim 1 , wherein the link is configured to rotate between zero and one hundred sixty degrees around an axis defined by the first mounting orifices.
8 . The pipeline system of claim 1 , wherein the stop extends along a width of the link.
9 . A pipeline system, comprising:
a link configured to be coupled with the lug sleeve and a tie down strap, the link including first mounting orifices positioned on a first end of the link, the first mounting orifices being configured to receive a first mounting bolt; second mounting orifices positioned on a second end of the link, the second mounting orifices being configured to receive a second mounting bolt; a lug sleeve configured to couple with an extension rod of an anchor, the lug sleeve including a hollow chamber extending through a longitudinal axis of the lug sleeve in a first direction, the lug sleeve including third mounting orifices, the first mounting orifices extending in a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
