Abstract

A respiratory face mask includes a face mask and a breathing tube. The face mask includes a transparent mask. An outer edge of the transparent mask is double-layered and forms an exhaust passage. The exhaust passage is provided with an airflow inlet. The transparent mask is provided with a soft plastic cover that seals the exhaust passage. An inner bottom side of the soft plastic cover is provided with a breathing chamber. The periphery of the breathing chamber is sealingly pressed against an inner wall of the transparent mask by a fixing frame. The fixing frame is provided with an air-guiding groove that is in sealed communication with the airflow inlet, and an air-exit aperture that is in communication with the air-guiding groove. The air-exit aperture is provided with an air-exit one-way valve plate which is mounted on the fixing frame.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A respiratory face mask comprising a face mask; a breathing tube connected with the face mask; and an upper cover and a gasket mounted on an upper portion of the breathing tube to separate a passage of the breathing tube and the face mask from external environment, wherein the face mask comprises a transparent mask, an outer edge of the transparent mask being double-layered and forming an exhaust passage, an upper portion of the transparent mask being provided with a connecting tube which is in communication with the exhaust passage and is connected with the breathing tube, the exhaust passage being provided with at least one airflow inlet facing inwardly towards a user's mouth and nose, the outer edge of the transparent mask being provided with a soft plastic cover that seals the exhaust passage, an inner bottom side of the soft plastic cover being provided with a breathing chamber having a seal provided along an edge thereof that fits over the user's mouth and nose, a periphery of the breathing chamber being sealingly pressed against an inner wall of the transparent mask by a fixing frame, the fixing frame being provided with an air-guiding groove that is in sealed communication with the airflow inlet, the fixing frame being provided with an air-exit aperture that is in communication with the air-guiding groove, and the air-exit aperture being provided with an air-exit one-way valve plate which is mounted on the fixing frame.

2 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the transparent mask is provided with a display screen with a main board located in front of the user's forehead, and the face mask or the breathing tube is provided with at least one environmental sensor.

3 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the environmental sensor comprises a temperature sensor, a camera, a global positioning system module, or a combination thereof provided on an outer surface of the face mask or the breathing tube.

4 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the breathing tube is connected to an upper portion of the face mask, and the transparent mask is recessed inwardly on an outer surface thereof at a region in front of the user's eyes to form an anti-scratch portion.

5 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an outer top portion of the face mask is provided with an outwardly extending bearing platform, the bearing platform being provided with a trough, two sides of the trough being provided with two aligned through-holes respectively, and an outer wall at one of the two sides of the trough being provided with a slot, the face mask further comprising a connecting element, the connecting element comprising a connecting base which is releasably slotted into the slot, and a fixing post connected to one end of the connecting base, wherein the fixing post is inserted into the two through-holes, and is rotatable so that the connecting base is secured in the slot, and is further rotatable so that the connecting base is released from the slot to thereby allow pulling out of the fixing post from one side of the slot.

6 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 5 , wherein connecting ends of the fixing post and the connecting base are mounted thereon with a spring and a sliding ring, wherein the sliding ring is sleeved onto the fixing post and restrictedly slidable therealong, and the spring is compressed between the sliding ring and the connecting base, the sliding ring being larger than the through-holes, the connecting base being provided with at least one radially extending protrusion, and the slot being provided with a notch through which the protrusion passes, when the connecting element passes through the two through-holes, the protrusion of the connecting base enters the slot through the notch, and rotation of the connecting base causes the protrusion to press against an inner wall of the slot under returning force of the spring so that the connecting base is held in the slot, and further rotation of the connecting base to a position where the protrusion is aligned with the notch, the connecting base is released from the slot under the returning force of the spring so that the fixing post is allowed to be pulled out from the one side of the slot.

7 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the soft plastic cover divides the transparent mask into an inhale passage and the exhaust passage, and the connecting tube is provided with separated inner and outer openings, the inner opening being in sealed communication with the inhale passage between the soft plastic cover and the transparent mask, and the outer opening being in sealed communication with the exhaust passage.

8 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an outer side of the soft plastic cover is provided with a fixing ring that seals and presses the soft plastic cover against the transparent mask.

9 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a lower portion of the transparent mask is provided with water drainage holes, and the water drainage holes are provided with a water drainage one-way valve plate mounted on the transparent mask, the lower portion of the transparent mask being provided with a fixing block that covers the water drainage holes, and the fixing block is opaque.

10 . The respiratory face mask as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the soft plastic cover is provided with a sleeve snugly sleeved around the connecting tube of the transparent mask, and the fixing ring is provided with an outer sleeve snugly sleeved around the sleeve of the soft plastic cover, the outer sleeve being provided with a recessed neck around which a rubber sealing ring is mounted.
