Abstract

A system, method and program product for that: receives image data from at least one provider such as a drone, on-board vision system, fixed camera, satellite, wearable, smart phone, etc.; processes the image data to identify congestion-based information such as parking spot availability, standby location information, traffic flow information, and line waiting time information; and outputs the information to devices and applications, such as user apps, vehicle fleets, event operators, etc.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A video processing platform, comprising:
an input interface for receiving image data items from a plurality of disparate providers; an image data integrator that analyzes image data items from the plurality of disparate providers to generate vehicle congestion information including parking spot availability and traffic flow information, wherein the analyzing includes correlating time and position data to identify related image data items received from disparate providers; and an output interface for outputting the vehicle congestion information to subscribing consumer applications.

2 . The video processing system of claim 1 , wherein the disparate providers include at least one of a drone, an on-board vision system, a dash cam, a fixed camera, a satellite, a wearable, and a smart device.

3 . The video processing system of claim 1 , wherein the subscribing consumer applications include at least one of a vehicle fleet operator app, an event operator app, and a parking app, and wherein the vehicle congestion information further includes standby location information for autonomous vehicles.

4 . The video processing system of claim 1 , wherein the vehicle congestion information is calculated based on content recognition.

5 . The video processing system of claim 1 , wherein the image data further includes a unique ID and metadata of a captured video stream.

6 . The video processing system of claim 5 , wherein the unique ID and metadata is stored in a block chain.

7 . The video processing system of claim 5 , wherein the metadata include time and geo-position data of the captured video stream.

8 . A method of video processing, comprising:
receiving image data items from a plurality of disparate providers; analyzing image data items from the plurality of disparate providers to generate vehicle congestion information including parking spot availability, wherein the analyzing includes correlating time and position data to identify related image data items received from disparate providers; and outputting the vehicle congestion information to subscribing consumer applications.

9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the disparate providers include at least one of a drone, a dash cam, an on-board vision system, a fixed camera, a satellite, a wearable, and a smart device.

10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the subscribing consumer applications include at least one of a vehicle fleet operator app, an event operator app, and a parking app.

11 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the vehicle congestion information further includes standby location information for autonomous vehicles.

12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the image data further includes a unique ID and metadata of a captured video stream.

13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the unique ID and metadata is stored in a block chain.

14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the metadata includes time and geo-position data of the captured video stream.

15 . A program product stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a computing system, comprises:
program code for receiving image data items from a plurality of disparate providers; program code for analyzing image data items from the plurality of disparate providers to generate vehicle congestion information including parking spot availability and traffic flow information, wherein the analyzing includes correlating time and position data to identify related image data items received from disparate providers; and program code for outputting the vehicle congestion information to subscribing consumer applications.

16 . The program product of claim 15 , wherein the disparate providers include at least one of a drone, a dash cam, an on-board vision system, a fixed camera, a satellite, a wearable, and a smart device.

17 . The program product of claim 15 , wherein the subscribing consumer applications include at least one of a vehicle fleet operator app, an event operator app, and a parking app.

18 . The program product of claim 15 , wherein the vehicle congestion information further includes standby location information for autonomous vehicles.

19 . The program product of claim 15 , wherein the image data further includes a unique ID and metadata of a captured video stream.

20 . The program product of claim 19 , wherein the unique ID and metadata is stored in a block chain.
