Abstract
A system including at least one smart device. The at least one smart device includes one or more programmable elements. The at least one smart device is configured to receive one or more customization instructions from a user device. The at least one smart device configures the one or more programmable elements in response to the customization instructions. Communicating between the user device and at least one smart device provides a seamless and integrated experience based on preferences or suggestions from user data analysis

An automatic traveler personalized experience method, for providing one or more automatic fulfilled and seamless travel experience to one or more traveler by customizing one or more third-party smart device and/or smart device and/or third-party device and/or internet of thing device (herein collectively referred to as networked third-party smart device), said automatic traveler personalized experience method comprising of:
inhabiting, by a habitation location as a temporary-use space and said temporary-use space is owned by someone other than a traveler and said temporary-use space can accommodate one or more said traveler; displaying, by a networked third-party smart device located within said temporary-use space at least a default content for said networked third-party smart device; sensing, by a networked third-party sensor associated with said networked third-party smart device, at least a traveler portable location-based personal electronic device location from a plurality of traveler portable location-based personal electronic devices within said temporary-use space and said networked third-party smart device is in proximity to said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device; establishing, by a network communication protocol from a plurality of network communication protocols, at least a wireless communication connection between said third-party smart device and said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device; detecting, by at least said networked third-party smart device, at least a traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device; receiving, by said networked third-party smart, at least one said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element which is at least associated with at least one a traveler profile data element from a traveler profile via said wireless communication connection; transmitting, by said networked third-party smart device, via said network communication protocol from a plurality of network communication protocols at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element to at least one or more a data storage from a plurality of data storages; checking, by said data storage, at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element is at least stored on said data storage and is at least associated with at least one or more stored a traveler profile data element of said traveler profile of said traveler; controlling, by at least a data mining technique from a plurality of data mining techniques, at least one or more stored a traveler personalized/customized data element from a plurality of traveler personalized/customized data elements and whereas said traveler personalized/customized data element is associated with one or more said traveler profile data element of said traveler profile of said traveler; transmitting, by at least said data storage from said plurality of data storages, to at least said networked third-party smart device, at least said traveler personalized/customized data element which is associated with at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element and wherein said transmitting of said traveler personalized/customized data element is via at least a wired and/or wireless communication protocols; customizing, by said networked third-party smart device, said default content changes to at least one received said traveler personalized/customized data element from said data storage; displaying, by said networked third-party smart device, automatically displaying at least one the traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler on at least said networked third-party smart device in proximity to said traveler; communicating, via said network communication protocol at least a new traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler back to one or more said data storage for future use; changing, by said networked third-party smart device, said traveler personalized/customized data element displayed on said networked third-party smart device reverts back to at least said default content when said networked third-party smart device and said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device in possession of said traveler are no longer in proximity to each other and said networked third-party smart device is available for a subsequent traveler; and whereby fulfilling, by an automatic seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time between at least said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of network third-party smart devices and the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device from the plurality of traveler portable location-based personal electronic devices, whereas content of said networked third-party smart device is automatically customized in real-time with at least said traveler personalized/customized data element which is associated with said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience method of claim 21 , wherein said temporary-use space and said networked third-party smart device are owned by a party other than said traveler and said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a building facility type from a plurality of building facility types comprising of at least a hotel/motel/resort, a retail store and other commercial buildings, a rental/guest house, a convention center, an amusement park and other entertainment venue, a casino, a hospital and other medical treatment building, a restaurant, a grocery store, a coffee shop, or a bank and/or said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a transportation vehicle type from a plurality of transportation types comprising of at least a watercraft, an aircraft, a motor vehicle, an on-demand vehicle, or a rail vehicle, and wherein said traveler is at least automatically identified throughout said temporary-use space while said traveler is in possession of the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device and said automatically identified is by at least one said traveler profile data element and/or at least one said traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler and wherein said automatically identified of said traveler further provides the automatic seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler. traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience method of claim 21 , wherein one or more networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart device automatically identifies said traveler when said traveler is in possession of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device by said checking of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic unique identification data element with one or more stored said traveler profile data element of said traveler and an automatic identification is by at least a stored image data element of said traveler associated with said traveler profile and said automatic identification throughout said temporary-use space at least further provides the automatic seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience method of claim 21 , wherein the traveler personalized/customized data mined element are established and/or controlled by at least a data mining technique including at least a data algorithm operation from a plurality of data mining techniques comprising of at least a predictive modeling, a database segmentation, a link analysis, a deviation detection, a classification analysis, or an associated rule learning for at least predicting/suggesting/recommending at least a personalized/customized data element, and wherein at least the data mined element is transmitted via wired or wireless protocol from at least the data storage to at least one networked third-party smart device for each traveler experience.

An automatic traveler personalized experience system, for providing one or more automatic fulfilled and seamless travel experience to one or more traveler by customizing one or more third-party smart device and/or smart device and/or third-party device and/or internet of thing device (herein collectively referred to as networked third-party smart device), said automatic traveler personalized experience system comprising of:
a third-party habitation location as a temporary-use space, comprising of at least:
a communication network protocol, comprising of at least a plurality of network communication protocols of wired and wireless protocols;
a traveler from a plurality of travelers, in possession of a traveler portable location-based personal electronic device, wherein each traveler portable location-based personal electronic device comprises of at least one a traveler portable location-based personal device unique data element and at least a wireless network communication protocol comprising of at least a Bluetooth Low Energy protocol and a Near Field Communication protocol for automatically communicating to at least one or more networked third-party smart device located in proximity to the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device within said temporary-use space;
a networked third-party smart device from a plurality of networked third-party smart devices, wherein each said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices comprises of at least a networked third-party smart device unique identification and said networked third-party smart automatically transmit and receive at least a data element via said network communication protocol and said data element including at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element, and wherein said networked third-party smart device received communication is at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element of the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device via at least a wireless communication protocol, and wherein said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element is further communicated via said network communication protocol of said networked third-party smart device to at least one or more data storage;
a data storage from a plurality of data storages, wherein said data storage at least automatically transmit and receive at least a data element from a plurality of data elements via said network communication protocol and said plurality of data elements including at least a traveler personalized/customized data element to at least said networked third-party smart device, and wherein the transmitting of said traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler is via said network communication protocol and said traveler personalized/customized data element is at least associated with said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element which is associated with at least a traveler data profile which is further associated with said traveler and said traveler data profile is at least associated with at least one said traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler, and
one or more processor configured by machine-readable instructions to at least control/generate by at least a data mining technique, at least one said traveler personalized/customized data element and transmit to said networked third-party smart device and said networked third-party smart device automatically receives at least one said traveler personalized/customized data element via said network communication protocol and said networked third-party smart device automatically display at least said traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler; and
whereby automatically customizing of the third-party smart device within said temporary-use space based on at least one said traveler personalized/customized data element provides at least an automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler and said networked third-party smart device at least communicates via said network communication protocol at least a new traveler personalized data element of said traveler back to said data storage for future use and whereas when said networked third-party smart and said traveler in possession of the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device are no longer in proximity to each other during current trip/predetermined time period, said networked third-party smart device reverts back to a default content and available for a subsequent traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein said temporary-use space and said networked third-party smart device is owned by a party other than said traveler and said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a building facility type from a plurality of building facility types comprising of at least a hotel/motel/resort, a retail store and other commercial buildings, a rental/guest house, a convention center, an amusement park and other entertainment venue, a casino, a hospital and other medical treatment building, a restaurant, a grocery store, a coffee shop, or a bank and/or said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a transportation types comprising of at least a watercraft, an aircraft, a motor vehicle, an on-demand vehicle, or a rail vehicle and said temporary-use space is accessible to at least the traveler from the plurality of travelers and said traveler is in possession of at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device, and wherein said traveler is at least automatically identified throughout said temporary-use space while said traveler is in possession of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device by at least one said networked third-party smart device and said automatically identified is by at least one a traveler profile data element of said traveler data profile and/or said traveler personalized/customized data element of said traveler and wherein said automatically identified of said traveler further provides said automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein at least one said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart device is further configured to operate at least partially interactively and autonomously and further comprises of at least a wireless communication protocol from said plurality of network communication protocols and said wireless communication protocol comprises of at least a Bluetooth protocol of at least Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) version 4.2 or higher and/or said networked third-party smart device unique identification of said networked third-party smart device is at least a 128 bit internet protocol address.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein at least one said data storage from said plurality of data storage is located within and/or remotely from said temporary-use space and said data storage comprises of one or more processor to control at least one said data element which is associated with said traveler including said traveler personalized/customized data element and/or said traveler data profile data element and said data element of said traveler is at least stored on said data storage prior to and/or during current trip and said customizing of said networked third-party smart device based on said data element further provides said automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein at least one or more said networked third-party smart devices are automatically monitored by a networked system and wherein at least one or more said network third-party smart devices are controlled by at least a proprietary and/or open source operating system and wherein at least one a networked third-party smart device with an interactive display from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices within said temporary-use space has at least a traveler experience application installed and whereas said networked third-party smart device is at least interactive to allow one or more said traveler to interact with said networked third-party smart device and/or allow each traveler to access, review, modified, delete, or add their respective said traveler personalized/customized data element in real-time during at least current trip.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein at least one or more said networked third-party smart device within said temporary-use space automatically receive via said network communication protocol at least one or more said data element associated with at least said traveler and wherein said traveler personalized/customized data element are established and/or controlled by at least one or more processor of said data storage, at least one or more a data mining technique including a data algorithms operation from a plurality of data mining techniques comprising at least a predictive modeling, a database segmentation, a link analysis, a deviation detection, a classification analysis, or an associated rule learning and whereas at least one said personalized/customized data mined element is automatically transmitted via said network communication protocol to at least said networked third-party smart device for associated said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein said automatic fulfilled and seamless integration traveler experience in real-time for each traveler further includes at least expediting check-in and/or check-out and/or embarking and/or disembarking of said traveler to said temporary-use space by automatically displaying at least an image data element and a traveler name which is at least associated with said traveler profile of said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein at least one networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices automatically receive at least one said data element and wherein said data element are controlled by one or more processor of said data storage, at least an artificial intelligence data mining techniques including at least a data algorithms operation for at least predicting/suggesting/recommending at least a personalized/customized data element, and wherein at least said traveler personalized/customized data element is automatically transmitted via a wired and/or a wireless communication protocol to at least the networked third-party smart device for said traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein the real-time responsive experience for each traveler in control of at least the traveler portable location-based personal electronic device including at least one said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element and whereas said real-time responsive experience allows updating of said data element including modifying, adding, or deleting of at least said data element associated with said traveler and/or storing at least a new traveler personalized/customized data element which is automatically transmitted to at least one said data storage via said network communication protocol from at least one networked third-party smart device during current trip and said updating of said traveler data element is at least used during current and/or future trip.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 25 , wherein said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices which automatically displays at least said default content and said traveler personalized/customized data element is at least a networked third-party smart interactive display device, a networked third-party smart kiosk device, a networked third-party smart inflight entertainment device, a networked third-party smart infotainment device, a networked third-party smart digital signage device, a networked third-party smart vending device, a networked third-party smart point-of-sale device, a networked third-party smart digital menu device, a networked third-party smart portable tablet device, a networked third-party smart mirror device, a third-party smart device with and/or associated with at least a visual peripheral output device, a networked third-party smart gaming device, or a networked third-party smart television.

An automatic traveler personalized experience system, for providing one or more automatic fulfilled and seamless travel experience to one or more traveler by customizing one or more third-party smart device and/or smart device and/or third-party device and/or internet of thing device (herein collectively referred to as networked third-party smart device), said automatic traveler personalized experience system comprising of:
a habitation location from a plurality of habitation locations and each habitation location from said plurality of habitation location is at least accessible to a traveler and said traveler is associated with at least one or more a travel data element from a plurality of travel data elements including a personalized data element and said plurality of habitation location comprises of at least:
a first habitation location as a home resident for at least said traveler;
a second habitation location as a temporary-use space for said traveler when said traveler is traveling and not located at said first habitation location and said temporary-use space comprising of at least:
a communication network, comprising of at least a plurality of network communication protocols including wired and wireless communication protocols;
a said traveler from a plurality of travelers is in possession of at least a traveler portable location-based personal electronic device, wherein said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device comprising of at least a traveler portable location-based personal device unique identification data element and at least a wireless communication protocol from a plurality of communication of communication protocols and said wireless communication protocol is for at least communicating to at least one or more networked third-party smart device located within said temporary-use space;
a networked third-party smart device from a plurality of networked third-party smart devices, wherein each said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices comprises of at least a networked third-party smart device unique identification data element and said networked third-party smart device automatically transmit and receive at least a travel data element from a plurality of travel data element via at least a wireless communication protocol from a plurality of communication protocols and said travel data element includes at least said personal data element, and wherein said travel data element is at least associated with a traveler data profile which is associated with said temporary-use space and said travel data element is at least stored on one or more data storage;
a data storage from a plurality of data storages, wherein said data storage automatically transmit and receive at least said data element set via said plurality of communication protocols and said data element including at least said pre-travel data element to at least said third-party smart device, and wherein said transmitting of said personalized data element of said traveler is via said network communication protocol and said personalized data element is associated with said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device unique identification data element which is associated with at least a data element stored in said traveler data profile which is further associated with said traveler and said traveler data profile is at least associated with at least a personalized data element of said traveler, and
one or more processor of said data storage configured by machine-readable instructions to at least controlled/generated by at least a data mining technique, at least a traveler personalized data element from a plurality of traveler data elements; and
wherein the networked third-party smart device at least receive a traveler personalized data element from at least said data storage via a communication protocol from said plurality of communication protocols and said third-party smart device is automatically operation function controlled based on said received traveler personalized data element and said received traveler personalized data element is at least associated with said traveler portable location-based personal device unique identification data element of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device which is in possession of said traveler, and
whereby automatically customizing of the networked third-party smart device within said temporary-use space based on at least one said traveler personalized data element at least provides an automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time for said traveler and said networked third-party smart device at least communicates via said network communication protocol at least a new traveler personalized data element of said traveler back to said data storage for future use, and whereas said personalized/customized data element displayed on said networked third-party smart device reverts back to at least said default content when said networked third-party smart device and said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device are no longer in proximity to each other during current trip/predetermined time period and said networked third-party smart device is available for a subsequent traveler.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 35 , wherein said temporary-use space and said networked third-party smart device are owned by a party other than said traveler and said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a building facility type from a plurality of building facility types comprising of at least a hotel/motel/resort, a retail store and other commercial buildings, a rental/guest house, a convention center, an amusement park and other entertainment venue, a casino, a hospital and other medical treatment building, a restaurant, a grocery store, a coffee shop, or a bank and/or said temporary-use space is at least associated with and/or located within at least a transportation types comprising of at least a watercraft, an aircraft, a motor vehicle, an on-demand vehicle, or a rail vehicle and said temporary-use space is accessible at least to the traveler from the plurality of travelers and said traveler is in possession of at least said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 35 , wherein at least one said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart device is further configured to operate at least partially interactively and autonomously and further comprises of at least a wireless communication protocol from said plurality of network communication protocols and said wireless communication protocol comprises of at least a Bluetooth protocol of at least Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) version 4.2 or higher and/or said networked third-party smart device unique identification of said networked third-party smart device is at least a 128 bit internet protocol address.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 35 , wherein at least one said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices located within said temporary-use space is at least customizable based on a traveler personal data element comprising of at least an instruction for controlling operation function of said third-party smart device based on an environment data elements comprising of at least a temperature data element, and wherein said environment data elements is based from a traveler preference while located in said home resident and said customization of said third-party smart device further provides said automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time including at least a partial at-home resident experience for said traveler within said temporary-use space.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 35 , wherein at least one said networked third-party smart device from said plurality of networked third-party smart devices located within said temporary-use space is further comprised of at least an input/out component and an input component from said input/output component is for allowing said traveler in possession of said traveler portable location-based personal electronic device to at least control and/or customization at least said networked third-party smart device and/or said plurality of networked third-party smart devices via a traveler spoken/voice command and said controlling and/or customization of said third-party smart device located within said second habitation location further provides said automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time including at least a partial at-home resident experience for said traveler for said traveler within said temporary-use space.

The automatic traveler personalized experience system of claim 35 , wherein said networked third-party smart device is customizable and allows said traveler in possession of the traveler portable location-based personal electronic devices to be able to customize content on said networked third-party smart device located within said temporary-use space via at least one said traveler personal data element which comprises of at least a traveler other service data element including at least one or more a paid subscription service and said traveler other service are also accessible from at least said first habitation location as part of said home resident experience and said customize of said third-party smart device located within said second habitation location further provides said automatic fulfilling and seamless integrated traveler experience in real-time including at least a partial at-home resident experience for said traveler within said temporary-use space.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
