Abstract

A cold drink pack that provides consumers with an independent plastic drink container that they take with them anywhere on the go. The cold drink pack includes a drinking container containing a cold drink, one or more cold chemical icepacks disposed on each one or more interior walls of the drinking container, a drinking stem extending from a top middle portion of the drinking container to prevent spilling the cold drink contained within the drinking container while drinking the cold drink, a vent stem and a cap adapted to be placed over the drinking stem to contain the cold drink within the drinking container. The cold drink pack has one or more cold chemical icepacks that each have an insulated outer wall to retain cold within the drinking container and a non-insulated inner wall to promote chilling the cold drink contained within the drinking container.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cold drink pack, comprising:
 a drinking container containing a cold drink;   one or more cold chemical icepacks disposed on each one or more interior walls of the drinking container;   a drinking stem extending from a top middle portion of the drinking container to prevent spilling the cold drink contained within the drinking container while drinking the cold drink;   a cap adapted to be placed over the drinking stem to contain the cold drink within the drinking container; and   a vent stem facilitating flow of the cold drink.   
     
     
         2 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the drinking container provides the cold drink without utilizing a cooler or ice. 
     
     
         3 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the drinking container include a first outermost plastic layer, a second outermost insulation layer, a third outermost insulation layer, a fourth outermost plastic container layer and an optional fifth outermost insulation layer. 
     
     
         4 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 3 , wherein the second outermost insulation layer is sprayed on insulation with glue with a thickness of ⅛ inch or less. 
     
     
         5 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 3 , wherein the third outermost insulation layer is 3 mm thick. 
     
     
         6 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 3 , wherein the fourth outermost plastic container layer is filled with a non-toxic substance. 
     
     
         7 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 6 , wherein the fourth outermost plastic container layer is filled with urea crystals. 
     
     
         8 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more cold chemical icepacks are adapted to be broken by snapping or squeezing the drinking container to freeze the one or more cold chemical icepacks, thereby chilling the cold drink contained in the drinking container. 
     
     
         9 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the one or more cold chemical icepacks each have an insulated outer wall to retain cold within the drinking container to insulate a holder's hand from cold and a non-insulated inner wall to promote chilling the cold drink contained within the drinking container. 
     
     
         10 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the drinking stem is a double drinking stem. 
     
     
         11 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 10 , wherein the double drinking stem includes a first straw or drinking and a second straw for ventilating. 
     
     
         12 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 11 , wherein the first straw for drinking is longer than the second straw for ventilating. 
     
     
         13 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the cap is a threaded cap. 
     
     
         14 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the cap has a tamperproof seal to indicate that the cold drink pack has been opened or tampered with. 
     
     
         15 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the cold drink pack comes in a 6-ounce size to contain a cocktail selected from the group consisting of scotch, mixed drinks or hard liquor. 
     
     
         16 . The cold drink pack according to  claim 1 , wherein the cold drink pack comes in a 12-ounce size to contain a drink selected from the group consisting of a soft drink, a juice, champagne, a wine cooler, iced tea or iced coffee.
