Camera head for endoscope

Abstract

A camera head for an endoscope includes a casing that forms exterior, and an imaging unit that is housed in the casing and images a subject image. The casing includes a metal exterior unit that forms at least a part of the exterior and is formed by hydroforming.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A camera head for an endoscope comprising:
 a casing that forms exterior; and   an imaging unit that is housed in the casing and images a subject image, wherein   the casing includes a metal exterior unit that forms at least a part of the exterior and is formed by hydroforming.   
     
     
         2 . A camera head for an endoscope comprising:
 a casing that forms exterior; and   an imaging unit that is housed in the casing and images a subject image, wherein   the casing includes a metal exterior unit that forms at least a part of the exterior and is formed by deep drawing processing.   
     
     
         3 . The camera head for an endoscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the exterior unit has a cylindrical shape, both ends of the exterior unit having respective apertures, and the exterior unit further includes an intermediate part between both ends thereof, the intermediate part having an internal size larger than both ends of the exterior unit. 
     
     
         4 . The camera head for an endoscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the casing includes the exterior unit and a metal adjacent exterior unit, the metal adjacent exterior unit being disposed adjacently to the exterior unit, and the casing has an airtight structure by connecting between the exterior unit and adjacent exterior unit using welding. 
     
     
         5 . The camera head for an endoscope according to  claim 1 , wherein the exterior unit is formed of any metal material out of aluminum, an aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium, and a titanium alloy. 
     
     
         6 . The camera head for an endoscope according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an outer surface arrangement member that is fixed to an outer surface of the exterior unit by a screw, wherein   a metal base to which the screw is fastened is connected to the outer surface of the exterior unit by welding.
