10 . The memory device of claim 1 , further comprising:
one or more energy storage components configured to store an amount of energy sufficient to complete the second programming operation after the power loss event.
11 . The memory device of claim 10 , wherein:
the amount of energy is insufficient to complete the first programming operation after the power loss event.
12 . The memory device of claim 10 , wherein:
the one or more energy storage components comprise one or more capacitors.
13 . The memory device of claim 1 , wherein the first one of the plurality of memory cells is located in a first memory block, and wherein the second and third ones of the plurality of memory cells are located in a second memory block.
14 . A memory device, comprising:
one or more energy storage components configured to store an amount of energy; a non-volatile memory comprising a plurality of memory cells; and a controller configured to:
begin a first programming operation configured to program more than one bit of information to a first one of the plurality of memory cells, wherein the first programming operation requires more than the stored amount of energy to complete,
terminate the first programming operation in response to detecting a power loss event, and
program, with a second programming operation utilizing the stored amount of energy, second and third ones of the plurality of memory cells with the more than one bit of information.
15 . The memory device of claim 14 , wherein:
