Abstract

A yoga apparatus includes a yoga block defining a throughhole extending between two opposing ends of the yoga block and a strap that has been inserted through the throughhole such that at least portions of the strap exit the throughhole at both of the opposing ends of the yoga block.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A yoga apparatus comprising:
a yoga block; a first throughhole extending between two opposing ends of the yoga block; and a second throughhole extending between two different opposing ends of the yoga block, the second throughhole positioned generally perpendicular to the first throughhole.

2 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the yoga block defines dimensions generally of about 9 inches in length, 5-6 inches in width, and 3-4 inches in height.

3 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the yoga block is comprised of a polymeric material.

         4 . A yoga apparatus comprising:
a yoga block defining a generally rectangular prism shape, the rectangular prism shape defining first and second opposing major faces, a front face, an opposing rear face, and first and second opposing side faces; a first throughhole extending between two non-major faces of the yoga block.

5 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 4 , further comprising a second throughhole extending between two non-major faces of the yoga block.

6 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the first throughhole is perpendicular to the second throughhole.

7 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the yoga block defines dimensions generally of about 9 inches in length, 5-6 inches in width, and 3-4 inches in height.

8 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the yoga block is comprised of a polymeric material.

         9 . A yoga apparatus comprising:
a yoga block defining a first throughhole extending between two opposing ends of the yoga block; and a strap that has been inserted through the first throughhole such that at least portions of the strap exit the first throughhole at both of the opposing ends of the yoga block.

10 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the yoga block defines a second throughhole extending between two different opposing ends of the yoga block, the second throughhole positioned generally perpendicular to the first throughhole.

11 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the yoga block defines dimensions generally of about 9 inches in length, 5-6 inches in width, and 3-4 inches in height.

12 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the yoga block is comprised of a polymeric material.

13 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the yoga block defines a generally rectangular prism shape, the rectangular prism shape defining first and second opposing major faces, a front face, an opposing rear face, and first and second opposing side faces, the first throughhole extending between two non-major faces of the yoga block.

14 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 12 , further comprising a second throughhole extending between two non-major faces of the yoga block.

15 . A yoga apparatus according to claim 14 , wherein the first throughhole is perpendicular to the second throughhole.

16 . A method of assembling a yoga apparatus, the method comprising:
inserting a strap through a throughhole defined between opposing ends of a yoga block.

17 . A method according to claim 16 , wherein the throughhole is a first throughhole and the yoga block defines a second throughhole extending between two different opposing ends of the yoga block, the second throughhole positioned generally perpendicular to the first throughhole.

18 . A method according to claim 16 , wherein the yoga block defines dimensions generally of about 9 inches in length, 5-6 inches in width, and 3-4 inches in height.

19 . A method according to claim 16 , wherein the yoga block is comprised of a polymeric material.

20 . A method according to claim 16 , further comprising removing the strap from the throughhole and inserting the strap through a second throughhole of the yoga block that is positioned generally perpendicular to the throughhole.
