Abstract

The fin material made of an aluminum alloy for heat exchangers contains 1.0 to 2.0 mass % of Mn, 0.7 to 1.4 mass % of Si, and 0.05 to 0.3 mass % of Fe, with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, in which a number density of intermetallic compounds having a circle-equivalent diameter of 0.025 to 0.4 μm is 3.0×106 particles/mm2 or more, and an amount of solid solution of Mn is 0.3 mass % or less.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fin material made of an aluminum alloy for heat exchangers, the fin material comprising: 1.0 to 2.0 mass % of Mn; 0.7 to 1.4 mass % of Si; and 0.05 to 0.3 mass % of Fe; with the balance being Al and unavoidable impurities, wherein
a number density of intermetallic compounds having a circle-equivalent diameter of 0.025 to 0.4 μm is 3.0×10 6 particles/mm 2 or more, and an amount of solid solution of Mn is 0.3 mass % or less.

2 . The fin material made of an aluminum alloy for heat exchangers according to claim 1 , further containing one or more kinds of 0.5 to 4.0 mass % of Zn, 0.01 to 0.4 mass % of Cu, 0.01 to 0.3 mass % of Mg, and 0.05 to 0.3 mass % of Ti.
