Abstract

A dynamic network is disclosed herein. The dynamic network can include a central server, one or several user devices, one or several remote servers, and a database server. The dynamic network can be created in response to a user request for content to be used in a compilation. The central server can identify one or several of the remote servers as potentially containing the requested content, and can communicate with the identified one or several of the remote servers to receive that content. Additionally, the server can identify and connect with one or several servers containing terms of use information for the requested content.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A networked system for content delivery, the networked system comprising:
 a memory configured to store computer-executable instructions; and a processor in communication with the memory configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to at least:
 receive, by the processor and from a user device, user-generated input for distribution to a plurality of student devices;
 determine, by the processor, additional content that is independent of the user-generated input;
 combine the user-generated input and the additional content into a data course;
 determine a compilation data structure for the data course;
 provide, by the processor to the user device, the data course in a preview format that corresponds with the compilation data structure; and
 when the preview format is accepted, provide, by the processor and to the plurality of student devices, the data course for distribution.

         2 . The networked system for content delivery of claim 1 , wherein the user device includes a pressure-activated sensor for receiving the user-generated input.

         3 . The networked system for content delivery of claim 1 , the computer-executable instructions further configured to:
 determine terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates whether the user-generated input is licensable.

         4 . The networked system for content delivery of claim 1 , the computer-executable instructions further configured to:
 determine terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates a limitation on access or use of the user-generated input.

         5 . The networked system for content delivery of claim 1 , the computer-executable instructions further configured to:
 transmit, by the processor and to a consideration server, a request for consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input; and receiving the consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input, wherein the consideration requirements of use indicates at least a price for incorporating the user-generated input with the data course.

         6 . The networked system for content delivery of claim 1 , wherein the preview format is electronic and the data course is distributed in a printed format.

         7 . A computer-implemented method for content delivery, the computer-implemented method comprising:
 receiving, by a computer system and from a user device, user-generated input for distribution to a plurality of student devices; determining, by the computer system, additional content that is independent of the user-generated input; combining the user-generated input and the additional content into a data course; determining a compilation data structure for the data course; providing, by the computer system to the user device, the data course in a preview format that corresponds with the compilation data structure; and when the preview format is accepted, providing, by the computer system and to a plurality of student devices, the data course for distribution.

         8 . The method for content delivery of claim 7 , wherein the user device includes a pressure-activated sensor for receiving the user-generated input.

         9 . The method for content delivery of claim 7 , further comprising:
 determining terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates whether the user-generated input is licensable.

         10 . The method for content delivery of claim 7 , further comprising:
 determining terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates a limitation on access or use of the user-generated input.

         11 . The method for content delivery of claim 7 , further comprising:
 transmitting, by the computer system and to a consideration server, a request for consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input; and receiving the consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input, wherein the consideration requirements of use indicates at least a price for incorporating the user-generated input with the data course.

         12 . The method for content delivery of claim 7 , wherein the preview format is electronic and the data course is distributed in a printed format.

         13 . One or more computer-readable media that direct a processor of a computer system to:
 receive, by the processor and from a user device, user-generated input for distribution to a plurality of student devices; determine, by the processor, additional content that is independent of the user-generated input; combine the user-generated input and the additional content into a data course; determine a compilation data structure for the data course; provide, by the processor to the user device, the data course in a preview format that corresponds with the compilation data structure; and when the preview format is accepted, provide, by the processor and to the plurality of student devices, the data course for distribution.

         14 . The one or more computer-readable media of claim 13 , wherein the user device includes a pressure-activated sensor for receiving the user-generated input.

         15 . The one or more computer-readable media of claim 13 , the computer system further configured to:
 determine terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates whether the user-generated input is licensable.

         16 . The one or more computer-readable media of claim 13 , the computer system further configured to:
 determine terms of use information associated with the user-generated input, wherein the terms of use information indicates a limitation on access or use of the user-generated input.

         17 . The one or more computer-readable media of claim 13 , the computer system further configured to:
 transmit, by the processor and to a consideration server, a request for consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input; and receiving the consideration requirements of use associated with the user-generated input, wherein the consideration requirements of use indicates at least a price for incorporating the user-generated input with the data course.

         18 . The one or more computer-readable media of claim 13 , wherein the preview format is electronic and the data course is distributed in a printed format.
