Abstract

A compact container using magnets, and has a middle case and an upper case that are rotatably coupled through screw coupling, thereby improving the air-tightness of the interior thereof. When the screw coupling between the upper case and the middle case is released, the upper case is fixed to the upper end of the middle case while forming with at least 90 degrees of angle to the middle case via the magnet such that the above configuration can reduce assembly time by avoiding the traditional hinge structure and improve productivity.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A compact container using magnets, comprising:
a lower case provided with a contents storage part to store contents; a middle case coupled to the lower case and provided with a first screw thread at an inner circumferential surface thereof; a sealing member hinge-coupled to the middle case such that a contents application member can be received at an upper portion thereof; and an upper case, comprising a cover part which covers an upper portion of the middle case and a coupling part coupled with a second screw thread which is coupled to an inner side of the cover part and forming a second screw thread to be screw-coupled with a first screw thread of the middle case and detachably screw-coupled to the middle case, wherein the upper case forms at least 90° degree of angle to the middle case via a magnet in a state of being released from screw-coupling and being separated from the middle case, thereby being fixed to an upper end of the middle case.

2 . The compact container using magnets of claim 1 ,
wherein an upper end of the middle case forms a downward slope from an inner side direction to an outer side direction and forms a curved surface.

3 . The compact container using magnets of claim 2 ,
wherein at one of sides of the middle case is provided a securing part formed with a depression so as to correspond to the curved surface.

         4 . The compact case of claim 3 ,
wherein at the upper case is provided an upper magnet which is fixed to an inner side of the securing part, and at the upper case is provided a lower magnet which fixes the securing part of the upper case to the curved surface of the middle case by a magnetic attraction to the upper magnet.

5 . The compact container using magnets of claim 3 ,
wherein at the upper case is provided an upper magnet which is fixed at an inner side of the securing part, and a curved surface of an upper end of the middle case is made of metal material, such that the securing part of the upper case is fixed to a curved surface, made of metal material, of the middle case by a magnetic force of the upper magnet.

6 . The compact container using magnets of claim 3 ,
wherein at the middle case is provided a lower magnet which is fixed to an inner side of the curved surface, and the securing part of the upper case is made of metal material, such that the securing part of the upper case made of metal material is fixed to the curved surface of the middle case by a magnetic force of the lower magnet.

7 . The compact container using magnets of claim 1 ,
wherein at an inner side of the upper case are provided a pair of fixation protrusions which form a space where the upper magnet is inserted and are respectively contacted with both sides of the upper magnet and fix the upper magnet to an inner side of the securing part.

8 . The compact container using magnets of claim
wherein at an upper surface of the coupling part are provided a multitude of protrusions which are separated in a predetermined distance to be rotated with the rotation of the cover part, and at a lower surface of the cover part are provided a multitude of rotation-guiding protrusions which are placed to be interlocked with a multitude of the protrusions.

9 . The compact container using magnets of claim 1 ,
wherein at the lower case is provided a support part which encases the contents storage part, is separated in a predetermined distance from the contents storage part, and supports a lower end of the lower magnet.
