Spinning top toy
Abstract
A spinning top toy arranged to spin around an axis thereof includes a main part including a body main part, a shaft part detachably attached to the main part, where the shaft part being configured to be in contact with a floor when spinning, and first and second overhanging portions configured on the main part. The first overhanging portion is configured to be non-rotatable with respect to the body main part. The second overhanging portion is configured to be rotatable around the axis with respect to the body main part, and is configured to be engageable with the body main part at a first rotation position and a second rotation position being different from the first rotation position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A spinning top toy arranged to spin around an axis thereof, comprising:
a main part including a body main part; a shaft part detachably attached to the main part, the shaft part being configured to be in contact with a floor when spinning; and first and second overhanging portions configured on the main part, the first overhanging portion being configured to be non-rotatable with respect to the body main part, the second overhanging portion being configured to be rotatable around the axis with respect to the body main part, and being configured to be engageable with the body main part at a first rotation position and a second rotation position being different from the first rotation position.
2 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the main part includes a rotation body being rotatable around the axis with respect to the body main part, and the second overhanging portion is configured on the rotation body.
3 . The spinning top toy according to claim 2 , wherein
the first overhanging portion includes a first collision face at which the spinning top is arranged to collide with an opponent spinning top toy, the first collision face has a first shape, the second overhanging portion includes a second collision face at which the spinning top toy is arranged to collide with the opponent spinning top toy, and the second collision surface has a second shape being different from the first shape.
4 . The spinning top toy according to claim 2 , further comprising
a third overhanging portion being configured on the main part and non-rotatable with respect to the body main part, the first rotation position is next to the first overhanging portion, and the second rotation position is next to the third overhanging portion.
5 . The spinning top toy according to claim 4 , further comprising
non-rotatable overhanging portions and rotatable overhanging portions being configured on the main part, wherein the non-rotatable overhanging portions are configured to be non-rotatable with respect to the body main part and include the first and third overhanging portions, and include a fifth overhanging portion, the rotatable overhanging portions are configured to be rotatable with respect to the body main part, and include the second and fourth overhanging portions, a number of the rotatable overhanging portions and a number of the non-rotatable overhanging portions are equal, and a distance between the first overhanging portion and the third overhanging portion is equal to a distance between the third overhanging portion and the fifth overhanging portion.
6 . The spinning top toy according to claim 3 , wherein
the first collision face is inclined downward towards a first front end thereof in a rotation direction of the spinning top toy, and the second collision face is inclined upward towards a second front end thereof in the rotation direction.
7 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the first rotation position is at a first side of and next to the first overhanging portion, the second rotation position is at a second side of and next to the first overhanging portion, and the first side is opposite to the second side across the first overhanging portion.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
