Abstract

A composite body in which a resin and a metal are contact-bonded with excellent adhesive force. Also, a composite body which is suppressed in decrease of bonding strength between a resin and a metal due to water absorption of the resin even if the composite body is left in rain or water, or is left in a high humidity environment or the like for a long period of time. The composite body is obtained by contact-bonding a thermoplastic resin (A) and a metal (B), and is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin (A) is a polyamide elastomer (1A) or a thermoplastic resin composition (2A) that contains a water absorbent thermoplastic resin (2a) and a metal hydroxide (2b).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
. A composite body obtained by contact-bonding a thermoplastic resin composition (A) and a metal (B), wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) contains a water absorbent thermoplastic resin and a metal hydroxide, and the metal (B) is a surface-treated metal.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the water absorbent thermoplastic resin is a polyester resin and/or a polyamide resin.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the water absorbent thermoplastic resin is a polyamide resin.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the metal hydroxide is contained in the thermoplastic resin composition (A) in an amount of 0.1 weight % to 20 weight %.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the metal hydroxide is magnesium hydroxide.

. The composite body according to claim 2 , wherein the metal hydroxide is magnesium hydroxide.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains an inorganic filler that increases the crystallization temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition by 3° C. or more.

. The composite body according to claim 2 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains an inorganic filler that increases the crystallization temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition by 3° C. or more.

. The composite body according to claim 5 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains an inorganic filler that increases the crystallization temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition by 3° C. or more.

. The composite body according to claim 7 , wherein the inorganic filler is talc.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains a glass fiber.

. The composite body according to claim 2 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains a glass fiber.

. The composite body according to claim 5 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (A) further contains a glass fiber.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the surface treatment of the metal (B) is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.

. The composite body according to claim 2 , wherein the surface treatment of the metal (B) is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.

. The composite body according to claim 5 , wherein the surface treatment of the metal (B) is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.

. The composite body according to claim 7 , wherein the surface treatment of the metal (B) is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.

. The composite body according to claim 11 , wherein the surface treatment of the metal (B) is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.

. The composite body according to claim 1 , wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) and the metal (B) are contact-bonded through injection molding.
