Abstract

The disclosure herein provides methods, systems, and devices for managing, tracking, and facilitating the ordering and procurement of promotional products. Additionally, the disclosure herein provides methods, systems, and devices for aggregating, managing, and tracking promotional product procurement data in order to allow for the data mining of such information. The disclosure herein provides methods, systems, and devices for enabling the generation of a virtual canvas for creating images sized for editable areas of a promotional product, website, brochure, banner, or the like. The disclosure herein provides methods, systems, and devices for enabling the generation of a virtual canvas for creating a rotatable image of a promotional product having positioned on the promotional product a user defined image. The disclosure herein provides methods, systems, and devices for enabling the generation of a single invoice comprising an invoice amount from a supplier and an invoice amount from a third party decorator.

         11 . A virtual canvas processing controller comprising:
 a website interface configured to display a product from a personalizable product website, the product comprising a customizable area;   a canvas dimensions database configured to store canvas sizes for customizable areas of products for user selection;   an image database that stores electronic images for use with the product;   a user interface engine configured to generate user interface data for use by a user access point system to dynamically present an interactive user interface;   a canvas processing engine configured to determine the canvas size associated with the customizable area of the product and to generate or cause to generate a virtual canvas based on the determined canvas size;   wherein the user interface engine is further configured to cause the virtual canvas to be displayed via the interactive user interface and to allow the user to generate an image in the virtual canvas for printing the image on the product;   wherein the canvas processing engine is further configured to determine the canvas size by automatically identifying available space for the customizable area of the product;   a storing engine configured to receive instructions from the user to electronically store the image in the virtual canvas into the image database; and   one or more computers configured to operate the dynamic canvas processing controller, wherein the one or more computers comprises a computer processor and an electronic storage medium.   
     
     
         12 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein automatically identifying available space for the customizable area of the product comprises analyzing code embedded in the personalizable product website. 
     
     
         13 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein automatically identifying available space for the customizable area of the product comprises analyzing code associated with the personalizable product website. 
     
     
         14 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the interactive user interface is further configured to track user edits to the virtual canvas and to allow the user to undo one or more edits to the virtual canvas. 
     
     
         15 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the interactive user interface is further configured to allow the user to add text to the virtual canvas. 
     
     
         16 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the interactive user interface is further configured to allow the user to change the color of the virtual canvas. 
     
     
         17 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the interactive user interface is embedded in the personalizable product website using an application programming interface. 
     
     
         18 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the interactive user interface is further configured to allow the user to preview the product with the image superimposed onto the product. 
     
     
         19 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , further comprising a purchase order engine that receives a purchase order from the user, wherein the purchase order comprises a quantity and price of the product. 
     
     
         20 . The virtual canvas processing controller of  claim 11 , wherein the format of the stored electronic images allows rotatable image views of the stored electronic images. 
     
     
         21 . A system for generating a virtual canvas for creating an image of a promotional product, the system comprising:
 one or more computer readable storage devices configured to store a plurality of computer executable instructions; and   one or more hardware computer processors in communication with the one or more computer readable storage devices and configured to execute the plurality of computer executable instructions in order to cause the system to:
 analyze one or more portions of a personalizable product website to extract dimensions for one or more content areas for a product, wherein the extracting dimensions comprises analyzing code embedded in the personalizable product website to automatically identify available space for the one or more content areas of the product; 
 store canvas dimension data based on the extracted dimensions for the one or more content areas of the product; 
 store electronic images for use with the one or more content areas of the product; 
 generate user interface data for use by a user access point system to dynamically present an interactive user interface; 
 access the canvas dimensions database to obtain canvas dimension data associated with the one or more content areas of the product; 
 generate or cause to generate one or more virtual canvases based on the obtained canvas dimension data, 
 cause the one or more virtual canvases to be displayed via the interactive user interface and to allow a user to generate an image in the virtual canvas; and 
 receive instructions from the user to electronically store the image in the virtual canvas into the image database. 
   
     
     
         22 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein automatically identifying available space for the customizable area of the product comprises analyzing code associated with the personalizable product website. 
     
     
         23 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein automatically identifying available space for the customizable area of the user-selected three-dimensional personalizable product comprises analyzing code embedded in the personalizable product website. 
     
     
         24 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the interactive user interface is configured to track user edits to the one or more virtual canvases and to allow the user to undo one or more edits to the one or more virtual canvases. 
     
     
         25 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the interactive user interface is configured to allow the user to text to the one or more add virtual canvases. 
     
     
         26 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the interactive user interface is configured to allow the user to change the color of the one or more virtual canvases. 
     
     
         27 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the interactive user interface is embedded in the personalizable product website using an application programming interface. 
     
     
         28 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the interactive user interface is configured to allow the user to preview the product with the image superimposed onto the product.
