Abdominal strengthening apparatus
Abstract
An abdominal strengthening apparatus with rocking base. The apparatus comprises a rocking base, a supporting member, a handlebar and a foot supporting bar. The rocking base of the apparatus comprises a first tilting rod and a second tilting rod both the rods are connected coaxially to mounting rod at one end and to the foot-supporting bar. The connection of first tilting rod and second tilting rod to mounting rod is made via a bracket and a plurality of screws. The user grasps the handlebar and exerts the user's body weight onto the handlebar. The force on the handlebar forces the supporting member downward to lever the foot-supporting bar. Therefore, the user engages the user's core muscles through use of the user's body weight to strengthen the user's core muscles. The rocking base of the apparatus further provide 3 holes from the bracket to select the desire force in order to increase and decreases tensions, strain to muscle and better toning and strengthening of muscle achieved.
