Bedsheet securing device

Abstract

A bed securing device that includes: a horizontal member; a first vertical member extending from an end of the horizontal member; a second vertical member attached to the first vertical member with a hinge; and a hinge point, where the hinge point is adapted to receive a bed sheet. The bed securing device may further include an opening between the first vertical member and second vertical member.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bed securing device comprising:
 a. a horizontal member;   b. a first vertical member extending from an end of the horizontal member;   c. a second vertical member attached to the first vertical member with a hinge; and   d. a hinge point, where the hinge point is adapted to receive a bed sheet.   
     
     
         2 . The bed securing device according to  claim 1 , further including an opening between the first vertical member and second vertical member. 
     
     
         3 . A method of securing a bed sheet comprising the steps of
 a. inserting a horizontal member of a bed securing device between a mattress and a box spring;   b. inserting a bed sheet between a first vertical member and a second vertical member, where the first vertical member and second vertical member are connected with a hinge;   c. opening a hinge point at the intersection of the first vertical member and second vertical member;   d. securing the bed sheet into the hinge point; and   e. closing the hinge point, where hinge point secures the bed sheet in place.
