Abstract
What is described is a finishing device for a floor ( 1 ) with a finishing strip ( 3 ) and a holder ( 2 ) forming a wall leg ( 6 ), which holder has a holding web ( 8 ), which protrudes upwardly parallel to the wall leg ( 6 ) and engages in a downwardly open receiving groove ( 9 ) of the finishing strip ( 3 ), for receiving the finishing strip ( 3 ) in a clamped manner. In order to ensure advantageous fastening conditions for the finishing strip ( 3 ), it is proposed that the receiving groove ( 9 ) in cross-section has a central axis ( 11 ) inclined away from the wall leg ( 6 ).
