Abstract

The present invention refers to a reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves and, more particularly, a reciprocating compressor which, capable of operating with at least two suction lines having different working pressures, is made up of an arrangement of valves comprising including at least two “orifice valve” sets. One of these sets provides a semi-commanded valve, whereas the other set provides an automatic valve. The core of the invention is related to the fact that said “orifice valve” sets are disposed on different components of the reciprocating compressor.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A reciprocating compressor capable of operating with at least two suction lines having different working pressures, and said reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves, comprising:
at least a compression cylinder, at least a valve plate disposed at one of the ends of the compression cylinder, and at least a mobile piston disposed inside the compression cylinder; at least an arrangement of suction valves comprised by: at least an “orifice valve” set comprised by at least a suction orifice, at least a suction valve having cooperative actuation with its respective suction orifice, and at least an electromagnetic field generating element capable of interacting selectively with a suction valve; at least an “orifice valve” set comprised by at least a suction orifice at least a suction valve having cooperative actuation with its respective suction orifice; the reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves being specially characterized in that said “orifice valve” sets and are disposed on different components of the reciprocating compressor and are disposed in parallel.

2 . A reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the compression cylinder of the reciprocating compressor.

3 . A reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 2 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the valve plate of the reciprocating compressor.

4 . A reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 2 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the mobile piston of the reciprocating compressor.

5 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the valve plate of the reciprocating compressor.

6 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 5 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the compression cylinder of the reciprocating compressor.

7 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 5 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the mobile piston of the reciprocating compressor.

8 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the mobile piston of the reciprocating compressor.

9 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 8 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the compression cylinder of the reciprocating compressor.

10 . A reciprocating compressor provided with arrangement of suction valves, as claimed in claim 8 , characterized in that the “orifice valve” set is disposed on the valve plate of the reciprocating compressor.
