Portable baby-changing table apparatus attachable to a baby stroller

Abstract

A portable, foldable, baby-changing table unit is provided attachable to a baby stroller for support thereby. The baby-changing table unit includes connectors for connecting the baby-changing table unit to the stroller's baby-car seat connectors. The baby-changing table unit connectors comprise foldable, transversely adjustable connection legs adapted to mate with the female receptacle connecters on the stroller normally used to releasably connect to a baby car-seat. A flexible changing pad is adapted to be attached to the portable, baby-changing table unit. The flexible changing pad includes a diaper receiver and a handy-wipe receiver. The flexible changing pad serves the dual purpose of functioning also as a carry case for the baby-changing table unit when the table is in a folded condition. An accessory connector assembly may be provided to attach the baby-changing unit to a stroller lacking a baby car-seat connector assembly.

         14 . A baby-changing table apparatus attachable to a baby stroller, said apparatus comprising in combination:
 a portable, baby-changing table unit,   a baby stroller,   a baby-car-seat adapted to be attached and detached from said baby stroller,   a connector on said baby-changing table unit for connecting said portable, baby-changing table unit to said baby stroller, and   a mounting bracket assembly for attachment to said baby stroller, said mounting bracket assembly including a first portion for affixing said bracket assembly to said baby stroller, and said mounting bracket assembly including a second portion for releasably connecting to said baby-changing table unit connector or to said baby car seat after said mounting bracket assembly first portion is attached to a said baby stroller.

The apparatus of  claim 14  wherein said baby-changing table unit connector includes a pair of opposed, baby-changing-unit-mounted connection legs, and said mounting bracket assembly second portion for releasably connecting to said baby-changing table unit connector or to said baby car seat after said universal mounting bracket assembly first portion is attached to said baby stroller comprises a pair of opposed female receptacles adapted for detachable mating engagement with said pair of opposed, baby-changing-unit-mounted connection legs or to said baby car seat.

The apparatus of  claim 15  wherein said pair of opposed, baby-changing-unit-mounted connection legs is hingedly connected to opposed extremities of said baby-changing table unit, respectively, such that said baby-changing table unit connection legs are foldable with respect to said baby-changing-unit and to each other when not being used. 
     
     
         17 . The apparatus of  claim 16  wherein said baby-changing table unit comprises first, second opposed end portions and a third middle portion located between said first and second end portions, and said pair of baby-changing-unit-mounted connection legs is hingedly connected so said bay-changing-unit third middle portion, respectively.
