Abstract
Secretome profiling improves the pregnancy success rate of in vitro fertilization processes, while reducing the risk of multiple births.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An immunosorbent assay kit comprising a solid-state substrate functionalized with at least two distinct capture proteins, each of which specifically binds a protein having a SEQ ID NO. selected from SEQ ID NOs. 1-404.
2 . The immunosorbent assay kit of claim 1 , wherein SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQID Nos. 261-404.
3 . The immunosorbent assay kit of claim 1 , wherein the SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQID Nos. 310, 311, 313, 317, 318, 319, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, 368, 371, 374, 383, 391, 397, 398, 399, 402, 403, and 404.
4 . The immunosorbent assay kit of claim 1 , wherein SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQID Nos. 310, 311, 313, 318, 319, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, 368, 371, 374, 391, 397, 398, 399, 402, 403, and 404.
5 . The immunosorbent assay kit of claim 1 , wherein the SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQID Nos. 317 and 383.
6 . The immunosorbent assay kit of claim 1 , further comprising Galectin-7 bound to at least one of the capture proteins.
7 . A method of predicting implantation success of a candidate embryo comprising:
contacting embryo secretions in a culture media with an immunosorbent assay kit that a solid-state substrate functionalized with at least two distinct capture proteins, each of which specifically binds a protein having a SEQ ID NO. selected from SEQ ID NOs. 1-404, and determining the secretome profile of a candidate embryo to ascertain the absence or presence of proteins implicated in implantation success; wherein the presence of proteins implicated in implantation success predicts candidate embryo viability for implantation.
8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 261-404.
9 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 310, 311, 313, 317, 318, 319, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, 368, 371, 374, 383, 391, 397, 398, 399, 402, 403, and 404.
10 . The method of claim 7 , wherein SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 310, 311, 313, 318, 319, 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 342, 343, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, 350, 368, 371, 374, 391, 397, 398, 399, 402, 403, and 404.
11 . The method of claim 7 , wherein the SEQ ID NO. is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID Nos. 317 and 383.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
