Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 8 . (canceled)
9 . A method for treating a chronic infection in a human or animal body in need thereof, comprising the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of an the anti-BTLA antibody to said human or animal body.
10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein said anti-BTLA antibody is an antibody that binds to BTLA and that blocks BTLA-HVEM interaction.
11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the anti-BTLA antibody is an antibody comprising the CDRs of the heavy chain variable region and the light chain variable region of the anti-BTLA antibody which is obtainable from the hybridoma accessible under CNCM deposit number I-4123.
12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein said anti-BTLA antibody is obtainable from the hybridoma accessible under CNCM deposit number I-4123 or a Fab or F(ab′) 2 fragment thereof.
13 . The method of claim 9 , wherein said antibody is a monoclonal, humanized or chimeric antibody.
14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein said chronic infection is selected from the group consisting of viral, bacterial, parasitic or fungal infections.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
