Abstract

A film winding machine includes a main body and an automatic cutting-off roll-replacing mechanism. The main body has a winding reel, a standby reel, and an intermediate redirecting reel. The automatic cutting-off roll-replacing mechanism has a supporting frame which is fixed to the main body. The first swing unit is rotatably connected to the supporting frame along a forward direction. The first pressing roll abuts against one side of the standby reel. The second swing unit is rotatably connected to the first swing unit. The second pressing roll contacts the other side of the standby reel. The slicing unit is used to cut the film. The film is wound on a new standby reel, so as to complete tasks of automatically cutting-off and roll-replacing.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A film winding machine, comprising:
 a main body, having a winding reel, a standby reel arranged opposite to the winding reel, and an intermediate redirecting reel disposed between the winding reel and the standby reel; and an automatic cutting-off roll-replacing mechanism, having:
 a supporting frame, fixed on the main body;
 a first swing unit, having a first head end and a first distal end, the first head end is rotatably connected to the supporting frame along a first joint axle;
 a first power source, mounted on the supporting frame, and driving the first swing unit to rotate along the first joint axle so as to approach the standby reel;
 a first pressing roll, mounted on the first swing unit, to cooperatively against a side of the standby reel;
 a second swing unit, having a second head end, and a second distal end, wherein the first distal end of the first swing unit is rotatably connected to the second swing unit along a second joint axle; wherein the second joint axle is arranged between the second head end and the second distal end;
 a second power source, driving the second swing unit to rotate along the second joint axle so as to approach the standby reel;
 a second pressing roll, mounted on the second swing unit and arranged between the second joint axle and second distal end, so as to cooperatively against the other side of the standby reel; and
 a slicing unit, disposed on the second swing unit and close to the second pressing roll.

         2 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the supporting frame further includes a first redirecting roll, a second redirecting roll, and a third redirecting roll, wherein the first redirecting roll and the second redirecting roll are disposed at a side of the first joint axle, wherein the third redirecting roll is disposed at the other side of the first joint axle.

         3 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first power source has one end connected to the supporting frame and the other end to drive the first swing unit; wherein the second power source has one end connected to the first swing unit and the other end connected to the second head end of the second swing unit.

         4 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a distance between the first joint axle and the standby reel is substantially equal to a distance between the first joint axle and the first pressing roll.

         5 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first swing unit is substantially L-shaped, and has a first upper arm and a first lower arm curvedly connected to the first upper arm; wherein the second swing unit is substantially L-shaped, and has a second upper arm and a second lower arm curvedly connected to the second upper arm.

         6 . The film winding machine as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the first swing unit is selectively arranged in an expansion position or an against position relative to the supporting frame, wherein the second swing unit is selectively located at a unfolded position or a folded position relative to the first swing unit;
 when the first swing unit is arranged at the against position and the second swing unit is arranged at the unfolded position, an obtuse angle is formed between the first upper arm and the second upper arm; wherein the second swing unit is arranged at the folded position, an acute angle is formed between the first upper arm and the second upper arm.

         7 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 6 , wherein when the second swing unit is arranged at the folded position, the first pressing roll and the second pressing roll are oppositely located at two sides of the standby reel, respectively.

         8 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 7 , wherein when the second swing unit is arranged at the folded position, the slicing unit is disposed above the standby reel.

         9 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the second lower arm of the second swing unit further includes a first tension roll close to the slicing unit, a second tension roll, and a third tension roll, wherein the second tension roll and the third tension roll are located at a bottom of the slicing unit and opposite to the second pressing roll.

         10 . The film winding machine as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slicing unit includes a rail, a sliding seat slidably mounted on the rail, and a knife fixed on the sliding seat.

         11 . An automatic cutting-off roll-replacing mechanism of film winding machine, arranged on a main body, the main body having a winding reel and a standby reel arranged opposite to the winding reel, and an intermediate redirecting reel disposed between the winding reel and the standby reel, the automatic cutting-off roll-replacing mechanism comprising:
 a supporting frame; a first swing unit, having a first head end and a first distal end, wherein the first head end is rotatably connected to the supporting frame along a first joint axle; a first power source, mounted on the supporting frame, and driving the first swing unit to rotate along the first joint axle so as to approach the standby reel; a first pressing roll, mounted on the first swing unit, to cooperatively against a side of the standby reel; a second swing unit, having a second head end, and a second distal end, wherein the first distal end of the first swing unit is rotatably connected to the second swing unit along a second joint axle; wherein the second joint axle is arranged between the second head end and the second distal end; a second power source, driving the second swing unit to rotate along the second joint axle so as to approach the standby reel; a second pressing roll, mounted on the second swing unit and arranged between the second joint axle and second distal end, so as to cooperatively against the other side of the standby reel; and a slicing unit, disposed on the second swing unit and close to the second pressing roll.
