Abstract

Methods and apparatuses for providing feedback information to a second terminal, to avoid disturbance of data directed to a user associated with a first terminal. The method includes receiving data directed to the user associated with the first terminal, transmitting a request for a current status of the user to the wearable device, receiving broadcast packets, wherein the broadcast packets comprises an identifier of the wearable device and the current status of the user, based on the identifier of the wearable device, determining whether the wearable device has been paired with the first terminal, and if so, executing, at the first terminal, at least one feedback operation directed to the second terminal using the current status of the user to indicate the current status of the user.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A method for providing feedback information using a wearable device, comprising:
determining, by the wearable device, a current status of a user; receiving, from a first terminal, a request for the current status of the user; and transmitting, to the first terminal, at least one broadcast packet, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identifier of the wearable device and the current status of the user.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the determining the current status of the user comprises:
determining a movement trajectory of the wearable device; and based on the movement trajectory of the wearable device, determining the current status of the user.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein based on the movement trajectory of the wearable device, the determining the current status of the user comprises:
monitoring, with a predetermined frequency, an acceleration of the wearable device; and based on the monitored acceleration of the wearable device, determining the current status of the user.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the transmitting, to the first terminal, the at least one broadcast packet, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises the identifier of the wearable device and the current status of the user, comprises:
transmitting, to the first terminal, the at least one broadcast packet via Bluetooth, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identification code of the wearable device and a code of the current status of the user.

5 . An apparatus for providing feedback information, comprising:
a monitor module configured to determine a current status of a user; a reception module configured to receive a request for the current status of the user from a first terminal; and a transmission module configured to transmit at least one broadcast packet to the first terminal, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identifier of the apparatus and the current status of the user.

6 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the monitor module comprises:
a monitor submodule configured to monitor a movement trajectory of the apparatus; and a determination submodule configured to determine the current status of the user based on the movement trajectory of the apparatus.

7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the determination submodule is further configured to:
monitor, with a predetermined frequency, an acceleration of the apparatus; and based on the monitored acceleration of the apparatus, determine the current status of the user.

8 . The apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the transmission module comprises:
a transmission submodule configured to transmit the at least one broadcast packet to the first terminal via Bluetooth, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identification code of the apparatus and a code of the current status of the user.

9 . An apparatus for providing feedback information, comprising:
a non-transitory memory; and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in the non-transitory memory to:
 determine a current status of a user;
receive, from a first terminal, a request for the current status of the user; and
transmit, to the first terminal, at least one broadcast packet, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identifier of the wearable device and the current status of the user.

10 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the instructions to determine the current status of the user comprise instructions to:
determine a movement trajectory of the wearable device; and determine the current status of the user based on the movement trajectory of the wearable device.

11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the instructions to determine the current status of the user based on the movement trajectory of the wearable device comprise instructions to:
monitor, with a predetermined frequency, an acceleration of the wearable device; and based on the monitored acceleration of the wearable device, determine the current status of the user.

12 . The apparatus of claim 9 , wherein the instructions to transmit, to the first terminal, the at least one broadcast packet, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises the identifier of the wearable device and the current status of the user comprise instructions to:
transmit, to the first terminal, the at least one broadcast packet via Bluetooth, wherein the at least one broadcast packet comprises an identification code of the wearable device and a code of the current status of the user.
