Assembly-type packaging box

Abstract

An assembly-type packaging box, being a cuboid when assembled, is configured by erecting a front and rear panel in front and rear of a bottom panel across fold lines, respectively, and erecting a left and right outer panel on the left and right of the bottom panel across fold lines, respectively. Front folding tabs extending from the front panel are disposed along inner surfaces of the left and right outer panels, and left and right-front folding-back tab are provided connectedly on front sides of the left and right outer panels, respectively. When a packaging box is assembled, the folding-back tabs are positioned at the front and rear in the depth direction of the left upper-edge panel and the right upper-edge panel (frame members) which form a frame. This configuration can prevent cut surfaces of sheet material to appear on a ridge line where surfaces intersect, without causing a cost rise.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An assembly-type packaging box that is assembled in a cuboid shape by erecting a front panel and a rear panel in front and rear of a bottom panel along fold lines, respectively, and erecting a left outer panel and a right outer panel on the left and right of the bottom panel along fold lines, respectively, the assembly-type packaging box wherein
 front folding tabs extending from left and right sides of the front panel are disposed along inner surfaces of the left and right outer panels, and further, left and right-front folding tabs are provided to be connected at least on front sides of the left and right outer panels, respectively, and   the left front folding-back tab is disposed to be folded in between the left outer panel and the left-front folding tab, and further, the right front folding-back tab is disposed to be folded in between the right outer panel and the right-front folding tab.   
     
     
         2 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 1 , wherein
 rear folding tabs extending from left and right sides of the rear panel are further provided, the left and right-rear folding tabs are disposed along the inner surfaces of the left and right outer panels, and left and right rear folding-back tabs are further provided to be connected on the rear sides of the left and right outer panels, respectively, and   the left rear folding-back tab is disposed to be folded in between the left outer panel and the left-rear folding tab, and further, the right rear folding-back tab is disposed to be folded in between the right outer panel and the right-rear folding tab.   
     
     
         3 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the left front folding-back tab and the left rear folding-back tab are formed along the entire length of front and rear sides of the left outer panel to have the same length as the sides, and the right front folding-back tab and the right rear folding-back tab are formed along the entire length of front and rear sides of the right outer panel so as to have the same length as the sides.   
     
     
         4 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 3 , wherein
 upper-edge panels and inner panels are connected to end sides of the left and right outer panels across fold lines, respectively, and the left- and right-front folding tab and the left- and right-rear folding tab extending from the left and right sides of the front panel and the rear panel, respectively, are folded in between the outer panel ( 18  or  21 ) and the inner panel by sequentially folding the outer panels, the upper-edge panels, and the inner panel, and the upper-edge panels form frames having a predetermined width at an opening portion of a box.   
     
     
         5 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 4 , wherein
 an upper cover panel and a front cover panel are further connected to the rear panel across fold lines, and left and right front-panel inserting tab connected to sides of the front cover panel across fold lines are inserted between the left and right front folding-back tabs, and the left- and right-front folding tabs.   
     
     
         6 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 5 , wherein
 left and right top-panel inserting tabs are connected to a side of the upper cover panel across fold lines, and the top-panel inserting tabs are positioned along inner side surfaces of the inner panels, respectively.   
     
     
         7 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 4 , wherein
 upper-edge folding-back tabs are formed along the entire length of sides of the left and right upper-edge panels at least on the left and right sides on the front surface side of the left and right upper-edge panels, and the upper-edge folding-back tabs are folded along inner sides of the left and right upper-edge panels, respectively.   
     
     
         8 . The assembly-type packaging box according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the left and right front folding-back tabs and the left and right rear folding-back tabs are formed in a trapezoid.
