Abstract

The present invention reduces the equipment cost in a core network as a whole and provides efficient handover functions. Using LAPI (low access priority indication) information of an RRC Connection Request from a terminal, a base station selects a specific mobility management node.

         31 . A mobile communication system, comprising:
 a terminal;   a radio access network node; and   a dedicated core network including a core network node that is configured to perform mobility management of the terminal, wherein   the terminal includes a transmitter configured to transmit a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node during a location registration procedure, and   the radio access network node includes a hardware controller configured to select the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message.   
     
     
         32 . A communication method of a mobile communication system, comprising:
 receiving a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node during a location registration procedure; and   selecting the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message.   
     
     
         33 . A radio access network node, comprising:
 a hardware processor configured to execute the set of instructions to:
 receive, from a mobile terminal, a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node while the mobile terminal perform a location registration procedure, and 
 select the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message. 
   
     
     
         34 . A method of a radio access network node, comprising:
 receiving, from a mobile terminal, a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node while the mobile terminal perform a location registration procedure; and   selecting the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message.   
     
     
         35 . A mobile terminal, comprising;
 a transmitter configured to transmit, to a radio access network node, a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node during a location registration procedure, and wherein   the mobile terminal is further configured to cause the radio access network node to select the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message.   
     
     
         36 . A communication method of a mobile terminal, comprising;
 transmitting, to a radio access network node, a request message including an identifier for identifying a dedicated core network including a core network node during a location registration procedure; and   causing the radio access network node to select the core network node included in the dedicated core network identified by the identifier included in the request message.
