Abstract

A kit for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR adapted to detect an expression level of a miRNA-4749-5 having a sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is disclosed. The kit includes a specific primer consisting of SEQ ID NO: 5 or a primer pair consisting of SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4.

         1 . A kit for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR adapted to detect an expression level of a miRNA miR-4749-5 having the sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. 
     
     
         2 . The kit of  claim 1 , wherein the kit comprises a specific primer or a primer pair for amplifying the miRNA miR-4749-5 and a reaction solution for real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
