Claims

Abstract

An apparatus for detecting a biological data of a target patient from an attachable sensor attached to the target patient includes a circuit. The circuit obtains a first piece of biological data of the target patient and second piece of biological data of the target patient that is a different type of biological data than the first piece of biological data. The first piece of biological data and the second piece of biological data is collected by the sensor. The circuit standardizes the first piece of biological data on the basis of the second piece of biological data so as to generate standardized biological data.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparatus for detecting a biological data of a target patient from an attachable sensor attached to the target patient, the apparatus comprising a circuit, wherein
 the circuit is configured to
 obtain a first piece of biological data of the target patient and second piece of biological data of the target patient that is a different type of biological data than the first piece of biological data, the first piece of biological data and the second piece of biological data being collected by the sensor, and 
 standardize the first piece of biological data on the basis of the second piece of biological data so as to generate standardized biological data. 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the generating of the standardized biological data includes
 determining an activity state of the target patient on the basis of the second piece of biological data, and 
 standardizing the first piece of biological data according to the determined activity state of the target patient so as to generate the standardized biological data. 
   
     
     
         3 . The apparatus according to  claim 2 , further comprising a storage that stores therein a first correspondence relationship between an activity state of a patient and a physiological indicator indicated by the second piece of biological data, wherein
 the determining of the activity state of the target patient includes
 referring to the storage that stores therein the first correspondence relationship, and 
 determining the activity state of the target patient on the basis of the second piece of biological data and the first correspondence relationship. 
   
     
     
         4 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the first piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         5 . The apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the first piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         6 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the second piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         7 . The apparatus according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the second piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         8 . The apparatus according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the second piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         9 . The apparatus according to  claim 5 , wherein
 the second piece of biological data includes at least one of vital data, brain wave data, and blood glucose data.   
     
     
         10 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to obtain sensor-state data of the sensor, and   the generating of the standardized biological data includes
 determining an activity state of the target patient on the basis of the second piece of biological data, 
 evaluating reliability of the first piece of biological data on the basis of the sensor-state data and an operation permitting condition for the sensor that is a condition under which a normal operation of the sensor is ensured, so as to determine whether the first piece of biological data is reliable data obtained by the sensor having performed a correct measurement with respect to a physiological indicator of the target patient, and 
 when the first piece of biological data has been determined to be reliable, standardizing the first piece of biological data according to the determined activity state of the target patient so as to generate the standardized biological data. 
   
     
     
         11 . The apparatus according to  claim 10 , further comprising
 a storage that stores therein a second correspondence relationship between a state of the sensor and a measurement error of the sensor, and   when the first piece of biological data has been determined to be unreliable, the generating of the standardized biological data further includes
 referring to the storage that stores therein the second correspondence relationship so as to generate correction data according to the sensor-state data, 
 correcting the first piece of biological data using the correction data, so as to generate corrected biological data, and 
 standardizing the corrected biological data according to the determined activity state of the target patient so as to generate the standardized biological data. 
   
     
     
         12 . The apparatus according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to issue, when the first piece of biological data is determined to be unreliable, a command that reports an abnormality in the sensor to the target patient, the command being issued according to the sensor-state data.   
     
     
         13 . The apparatus according to  claim 10 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to issue, when the first piece of biological data is determined to be unreliable, a refresh command that causes the sensor to perform a refresh operation.   
     
     
         14 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to detect an abnormality in the target patient on the basis of the standardized biological data.   
     
     
         15 . The apparatus according to  claim 14 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to issue, upon detecting an abnormality in the target patient, a command that reports the abnormality in the target patient to the target patient.   
     
     
         16 . The apparatus according to  claim 14 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to issue, upon detecting an abnormality in the target patient, a control command that changes a communication setting between the apparatus and the sensor to a setting in which a communication interval for transmitting the first piece of biological data is shorter.   
     
     
         17 . The apparatus according to  claim 14 , wherein
 the circuit is further configured to issue, upon detecting an abnormality in the target patient, a control command that activates a second sensor that is different from a first sensor that is the sensor attached to the target patient.   
     
     
         18 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored therein a program for causing a computer to execute a process for detecting a biological data of a target patient from an attachable sensor attached to the target patient, the process comprising:
 obtaining a first piece of biological data of the target patient and a second piece of biological data of the target patient that is a different type of biological data than the first piece of biological data, the first piece of biological data and the second piece of biological data being collected by the sensor that is attached to the target patient; and   standardizing the first piece of biological data on the basis of the second piece of biological data so as to generate standardized biological data.   
     
     
         19 . A method for detecting a biological data of a target patient from an attachable sensor attached to the target patient, the method comprising:
 obtaining a first piece of biological data of the target patient and a second piece of biological data of the target patient that is a different type of biological data than the first piece of biological data, the first piece of biological data and the second piece of biological data being collected by the sensor; and   standardizing the first piece of biological data on the basis of the second piece of biological data so as to generate standardized biological data.
