Abstract

An appropriate user interface corresponding to a use state of an apparatus is provided. An imaging system includes an imaging apparatus and an information processing apparatus. The imaging apparatus has a control related to an imaging operation performed based on an operation input performed in the information processing apparatus by connecting to the information processing apparatus by using wireless communication. The information processing apparatus performs a control for switching a display state of a display screen related to an imaging operation of the imaging apparatus, based on a connection number of imaging apparatuses and information processing apparatuses connected by using wireless communication.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 19 . (canceled)

20 . A method for controlling an information processing apparatus, the method comprising:
connecting to a plurality of imaging units using a wireless communication; displaying at least a part of an image generated by each of the plurality of imaging units on a display screen when each of the plurality of imaging units is connected the information processing apparatus; enabling both a control of a first image capturing operation that is commonly applicable to all of the plurality of imaging units and a second image capturing operation that is applicable individually on any one of the plurality of imaging units.

21 . The method according to claim 20 , wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a still image.

         22 . The method according to claim 20 ,
wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a movie image.

23 . The method according to claim 20 , further comprising:
switching a display state of the display screen corresponding to a presence or absence of one of more of a first image capturing operation right or a second image capturing operation right for operating a respective imaging unit when a plurality of information processing apparatuses is connected to the respective imaging unit.

24 . The method according to claim 23 , further comprising:
displaying at least the part of the image generated by the plurality of imaging units and one or more of a first image capturing operation object or a second image capturing operation object for operating respective imaging units of the plurality of imaging units on the display screen when the information processing apparatus has the respective operation right.

25 . An imaging apparatus, comprising:
an imaging unit; wireless communication circuitry, wherein the wireless communication circuitry connects to an information apparatus by a wireless communication; control circuitry, wherein the control circuitry receives a signal related to controlling the imaging unit; and wherein the information apparatus is configured to
display at least a part of an image generated by each of a plurality of imaging units when each of the plurality of imaging units is connected to the information apparatus; and
enable both a control of a first image capturing operation that is commonly applicable to all of the plurality of imaging units and a second image capturing operation that is applicable individually on any of the plurality of imaging units.

         26 . The imaging apparatus according claim 25 ,
wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a still image.

27 . The imaging apparatus according claim 25 , wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a movie image.

         28 . The imaging apparatus according claim 25 ,
wherein the information apparatus switches a display state of a display screen corresponding to a presence or absence of one or more of a first image capturing operation right or a second image capturing operation right for operating a respective imaging unit when a plurality of information processing apparatuses is connected to the respective imaging unit.

         29 . The imaging apparatus according claim 28 ,
wherein the information apparatus displays at least the part of the image generated by the plurality of imaging units and one or more of a first image capturing operation object or a second image capturing operation object for operating respective imaging units of the plurality of imaging units on the display screen when the information processing apparatus has the respective operation right.

         30 . The imaging apparatus according claim 25 ,
wherein the imaging apparatus does not have a function for displaying a picked up image generated through the imaging apparatus.

31 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing program code executable by a computer to perform operations comprising:
connecting a plurality of imaging units by using wireless communication; displaying at least a part of an image generated by each of the plurality of imaging units when each of the plurality of imaging units is connected to an information apparatus; enabling both a control of a first image capturing operation that is commonly applicable on all of the plurality of imaging units and a second image capturing operation that is applicable individually on any of the plurality of imaging units.

         32 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 31 ,
wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a still image.

         33 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 31 ,
Wherein one or more of the first image capturing operation or the second image capturing operation captures a movie image.

34 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 31 , the operations further comprising:
switching a display state of a display screen corresponding to a presence or absence of one or more of a first image capturing operation right or a second image capturing operation right for operating a respective imaging unit when a plurality of information processing apparatuses is connected to the respective imaging unit.

35 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 34 , the operations further comprising:
displaying at least the part of the image generated by the plurality of imaging units and one or more of a first image capturing operation object or a second image capturing operation object for operating a respective imaging unit of the plurality of imaging units on the display screen when the information processing apparatus has the respective operation right.
