Abstract

A nail clipper includes a first press lever; a second press lever pivotally connect with the first press lever; and a joint arrangement compressing a rivet adapted to pivotally connect the first press lever and the second press lever; joint arrangement compressing a rivet adapted to pivotally connect the first press lever and the second press lever, and a reinforcing sleeve arranged between said upper and second press lever and adapted to protect the rivet; and a spring arranged between the first press lever and the second press lever for supporting the nail clipper to perform an open position and a close position.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A nail clipper comprising a first press lever, a joint arrangement, and a second press lever pivotally connected with first press lever and with the joint arrangement, wherein the joint arrangement includes a first connection channel formed on the first press lever, a second connection channel formed on the second press lever aligned with the first connection channel, and a reinforcing sleeve arranged between the first and second connection channels, and a rivet adapted to pass through the first and second connection channel and the reinforcing sleeve to connect the first press lever and the second press lever, so the first press lever is pivotally connected with the second press lever by the rivet. 
     
     
         2 . The nail clipper of  claim 1 , wherein the rivet comprises a cap end and a pin end, and a diameter of the pin end is slightly smaller than a diameter of the second connection channel, and a diameter of the cap end is slightly smaller than a diameter of the first connection channel, so the pin end of the rivet can be securely affixed into the second connection channel in order to securely connect the first press lever with the second press lever.
