Physcial mobility measurement device and system

Abstract

In various embodiments, an exercise device is provided. The exercise device may comprise a mat and a plurality of indicators. The mat may have a top surface. The plurality of indicators may be disposed on the mat (e.g., on the top surface). In various embodiments, an exercise device is provided. The exercise device may comprise elastomeric base member and a plurality of indicators. The plurality of indicators may be disposed on the elastomeric base member. Moreover, the plurality of indicators may be recognizable by a user in response to receiving an instruction to perform a movement.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An exercise device, comprising:
 a mat having a top surface; and   a plurality of indicators disposed on the mat.   
     
     
         2 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are a plurality of numbers. 
     
     
         3 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are a plurality of colors. 
     
     
         4 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators designate a plurality of symmetric zones. 
     
     
         5 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators designate a plurality of non-symmetric zones. 
     
     
         6 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are a plurality of demarcated symbols. 
     
     
         7 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are numerical demarcations. 
     
     
         8 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are symbolic demarcations. 
     
     
         9 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein the indicators are visual demarcations. 
     
     
         10 . The exercise device of  claim 1  wherein mat is an interlocking floor panel. 
     
     
         11 . The exercise device of  claim 10 , wherein the mat is portion of a system that is the floor of an exercise area. 
     
     
         12 . The exercise device of  claim 10 , wherein the plurality of indicators on the mat interface with a floor system comprising an additional indicators. 
     
     
         13 . An exercise device, comprising:
 an elastomeric base member;   a plurality of indicators disposed on the elastomeric base member;   wherein the plurality of indicators are recognizable by a user in response to receiving an instruction to perform a movement.   
     
     
         14 . The exercise device of  claim 13 , wherein the plurality of indicators are numerical demarcations. 
     
     
         15 . The exercise device of  claim 13 , wherein the plurality of indicators are symbolic demarcations. 
     
     
         16 . The exercise device of  claim 13 , wherein the plurality of indicators are visual demarcations. 
     
     
         17 . The exercise device of  claim 13 , wherein the user can engage exercise device in a repeatable fashion.
