Abstract
A graph display apparatus includes a display unit and a processor. The display unit includes a touch panel. The processor performs the following processes: controlling the display unit to display a graph on a graph display area in a coordinate range, the graph corresponding to an expression; acquiring a position designated by a touch of a user on the graph display area; and when a drag operation is detected after the touch of the user ends, changing the coordinate range with the designated position fixed in response to the drag operation, thereby reducing or enlarging the graph, and controlling the display unit to display the reduced or enlarged graph.

1 . A graph display apparatus comprising:
a processor configured to perform at least the following processes:
controlling a display unit to display a graph screen where a first graph and a second graph on a first coordinate system having a first pair of coordinate axes are displayed; and
controlling, upon a user operation, the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph is reduced thereby deformed along a first coordinate axis among the first pair of the coordinate axes in accordance with the user operation without the first graph deformed.
2 . The graph display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor further performs a process of:
determining, based on a direction of the user operation, the first coordinate axis among the first pair of coordinate axes to be a coordinate axis along which the second graph is reduced thereby deformed.
3 . The graph display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor further performs processes of:
when controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen,
controlling the display unit further to display a second coordinate system superposed over the first coordinate system, the second coordinate system having a second pair of coordinate axes and corresponding to the second graph; and
controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph and the second coordinate system are reduced thereby deformed in accordance with the user operation without the first graph and the first coordinate system deformed.
4 . The graph display apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processor further performs processes of:
determining whether a reducing rate of the second graph in accordance with the user operation exceeds a set value or not; and controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph is not displayed and an icon corresponding to the graph screen is displayed on the first coordinate system.
5 . A graph display method comprising:
controlling a display unit to display a graph screen where a first graph and a second graph on a first coordinate system having a first pair of coordinate axes are displayed; and controlling, upon a user operation, the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph is reduced thereby deformed along a first coordinate axis among the first pair of the coordinate axes in accordance with the user operation without the first graph deformed.
6 . The graph display method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
determining, based on a direction of the user operation, the first coordinate axis among the first pair of coordinate axes to be a coordinate axis along which the second graph is reduced thereby deformed.
7 . The graph display method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
when controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen,
controlling the display unit further to display a second coordinate system superposed over the first coordinate system, the second coordinate system having a second pair of coordinate axes and corresponding to the second graph; and
controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph and the second coordinate system are reduced thereby deformed in accordance with the user operation without the first graph and the first coordinate system deformed.
8 . The graph display method according to claim 5 , further comprising:
determining whether a reducing rate of the second graph in accordance with the user operation exceeds a set value or not; and controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph is not displayed and an icon corresponding to the graph screen is displayed on the first coordinate system.
9 . A non-transitory storage medium recording a program which causes a computer of a graph display apparatus to perform at least the following processes:
controlling a display unit to display a graph screen where a first graph and a second graph on a first coordinate system having a first pair of coordinate axes are displayed; and controlling, upon a user operation, the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph is reduced thereby deformed along a first coordinate axis among the first pair of the coordinate axes in accordance with the user operation without the first graph deformed.
10 . The non-transitory storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the program causes the computer to further perform the following process:
determining, based on a direction of the user operation, the first coordinate axis among the first pair of coordinate axes to be a coordinate axis along which the second graph is reduced thereby deformed.
11 . The non-transitory storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the program causes the computer to further perform the following processes:
when controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen,
controlling the display unit further to display a second coordinate system superposed over the first coordinate system, the second coordinate system having a second pair of coordinate axes and corresponding to the second graph; and
controlling the display unit to redraw the graph screen where the second graph and the second coordinate system are reduced thereby deformed in accordance with the user operation without the first graph and the first coordinate system deformed.
12 . The non-transitory storage medium according to claim 9 , wherein the program causes the computer to further perform the following processes:
