Grinding machine

Abstract

The present invention relates to a grinding machine for grinding a metallic surface of a workpiece, wherein the grinding machine has at least one grinding apparatus, at least one grinding table ( 2 ) with at least one transport belt ( 4 ) for transporting the workpiece through the grinding machine, and a housing in which the grinding apparatus is arranged, wherein the transport belt ( 4 ) is removable from the grinding machine, wherein the grinding apparatus and/or the grinding table ( 2 ) do not need to be removed from the grinding machine.

1 . A grinding machine for grinding a metallic surface of a workpiece, comprising:
 at least one grinding apparatus;   at least one grinding table with at least one transport belt for transporting the workpiece through the grinding machine; and   a housing in which the at least one grinding apparatus is arranged,
 wherein the at least one transport belt is removable from the grinding machine, 
 wherein the at least one grinding apparatus and/or the at least one grinding table are configured such that they do not need to be removed from the grinding machine when the at least one transport belt is removed. 
   
     
     
         2 . The grinding machine according to  claim 1 , wherein the housing has an opening flap which can be placed into an open state and into a closed state, wherein the at least one transport belt is accessible when the opening flap is situated in the open state. 
     
     
         3 . The grinding machine according to  claim 1  further comprising at least one detachably installable support, and wherein the at least one grinding table is fastened to the at least one detachably installed support. 
     
     
         4 . The grinding machine according to  claim 1  further comprising a suction device configured to act on a workpiece lying on the at least one transport belt with a negative pressure. 
     
     
         5 . The grinding machine according to  claim 4 , wherein the suction device has an extraction chamber which has a base which is inclined with respect to horizontal. 
     
     
         6 . The grinding machine according to  claim 5 , wherein the base is inclined in a direction perpendicular to a transport direction in which a workpiece can be transported by the at least one transport belt. 
     
     
         7 . The grinding machine according to  claim 4  wherein one or more of the at least one transport belt and an inner side of the extraction chamber has an anti-adhesion coating. 
     
     
         8 . The grinding machine according to  claim 1  wherein the at least one grinding apparatus comprises multiple grinding apparatuses, and wherein the at least one transport belt comprises multiple transport belts, and wherein the grinding machine comprises multiple grinding modules each of which have one grinding apparatus of the multiple grinding apparatuses and one transport belt of the multiple transport belts.
