A bracket, mounting system and household appliance
Abstract
The invention relates to a retaining bracket for fixing a guide rail, which is fastened laterally to a support base of a household appliance, in particular a refrigerating appliance or cooking appliance, to a rod horizontally arranged on an inner wall of the household appliance which comprises three side walls forming a receiving space which is open to a receiving opening and with which a jacket surface of a section of the rod can be encompassed, wherein a clamping section of the side walls protrudes into the receiving space in such a way that the rod is held in a stationary manner in the clamping section in a direction (y) of the transverse connection between the two outer side walls. Furthermore, a fastening system and a household appliance are described.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A retaining bracket for fastening a guide rail, which is fastened laterally to a support base of a household appliance, to a rod which is mounted horizontally on an inner wall of the household appliance, comprising:
three side walls, which are arranged bent in a U-shaped manner with respect to one another and form a receiving space open towards a receiving opening and with which a jacket surface of a section of the rod can be encompassed, wherein a clamping section of the side walls projects into the receiving space in such a way that the rod is held in a stationary manner in the clamping section in a direction (y) of the transverse connection between the two outer side walls.
2 . A retaining bracket according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping section is acute-angled and is formed to expand towards the receiving opening.
3 . A retaining bracket according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping section is designed as a pair of tongues or bridges, which are oriented at an acute angle with respect to each other and are punched out from the side walls and extend from a side wall which is opposite the receiving opening to the side walls which are arranged opposite each other.
4 . A retaining bracket according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping section is arranged adjacent to a second section in the direction of an axis (x) which is perpendicular to the plane defined by the U-shape, in which the distance of the mutually opposite side walls is formed greater than the diameter (d) of the rod.
5 . A retaining bracket according to claim 4 , wherein a tongue extends from the side wall forming the mounting surface over the front section bent at a right angle from the rod.
6 . A retaining bracket according claim 1 , wherein a projection forming a lift-off securing means is integrally formed on an end of at least one of the mutually opposite side walls which are connected to one another by the side wall forming a mounting surface.
7 . A retaining bracket according to claim 6 , wherein a spring element serving to tightly clamp the retaining bracket on the rod is arranged on the projection.
8 . A retaining bracket according to claim 6 , wherein the projection is designed as a bent tongue which extends from the side wall in an angular manner beneath the rod.
9 . A retaining bracket according to claim 1 , wherein a connecting element is formed on one of the mutually opposite side walls for connecting the one retaining bracket to a second retaining bracket.
10 . A retaining bracket according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting element is designed as a tongue which extends horizontally from the side wall.
11 . A fastening system for a support base of a household appliance, comprising:
at least two rods which can be attached to mutually opposite inner walls of the household appliance, at least four retaining brackets, with which guide rails of pull-out guides, which are arranged on both sides of the support base, can be attached to rods which are arranged on the mutually opposite inner walls of the household appliance, wherein at least one of the retaining brackets is formed according to one of the preceding claims.
12 . A fastening system according to claim 11 , wherein in a first retaining bracket and a second retaining bracket a clamping section of the side walls protrudes into the receiving space in a tapering manner in relation to the diameter (d) of the rod, and that in a third retaining bracket and a fourth retaining bracket ( 8 ) the distance between the mutually opposite side walls from each other is greater than the diameter (d) of the rod.
13 . A household appliance with at least one support base which can be detachably fastened in an interior space with a fastening system according to claim 1 .
14 . A household appliance according to claim 13 , wherein the first retaining bracket and the second retaining bracket are fastened to a rod arranged on a first of the inner walls, and that the third retaining bracket and the fourth retaining bracket are fastened to a rod arranged on an opposite second of the inner walls.
15 . A household appliance according to claim 13 , wherein the connecting sections of two of the retaining brackets are connected to each other by means of a cross-member.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
