System for Storing a Razor to Prolong ints Shelf Life

Abstract

A system for storing a razor to prolong its shelf life can comprise a razor enclosure. The razor enclosure can comprise a casing and a lining. The casing can comprise a base and a lid. The base can house a razor, and the lid can form a substantially enclosed chamber with the base. The lining can be mounted within the inner surface of the casing. The lining can comprise a plurality of layers. The plurality of layers can be an inner layer capable of supporting the razor, a waterproof outer layer, and an absorbent inner core.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A razor enclosure comprising
 a casing comprising a base and a lid, said base capable of housing the razor, said lid capable of forming a substantially enclosed chamber with said base; and   a lining mounted within the inner surface of said casing, said lining comprising a plurality of layers, said plurality of layers comprising
 an inner layer capable of supporting said razor; 
 a waterproof outer layer; and 
 an absorbent inner core between said inner layer and said waterproof outer layer. 
   
     
     
         2 . The razor enclosure of  claim 1  wherein said lining is removable from said base. 
     
     
         3 . The razor enclosure of  claim 2  wherein said lining fits snugly within the inner surface of said base. 
     
     
         4 . The razor enclosure of  claim 2  further comprising a first fastener and a second fastener, said first fastener attached at the inner surface of said base and said second fastener attached at the bottom of said lining. 
     
     
         5 . The razor enclosure of  claim 4  wherein said first fastener and said second fastener are hook-and-loop fasteners. 
     
     
         6 . The razor enclosure of  claim 1  wherein said outer layer attaches permanently within the inner surface of said casing. 
     
     
         7 . The razor enclosure of  claim 6  wherein said casing comprises disposable material. 
     
     
         8 . The razor enclosure of  claim 1  wherein said lining further comprises a depressed portion, said depressed portion capable of snugly mounting the razor within said lining. 
     
     
         9 . A razor enclosure comprising
 a casing comprising a base, a lid and a hole, said base capable of housing the head of a razor, said lid capable of closing said base, and said hole capable of allowing the handle of said razor to stick out of said casing; and   a lining mounted within the inner surface of said casing, said lining comprising a plurality of layers, said plurality of layers comprising
 an inner layer, said razor rests at the surface of said inner layer; 
 waterproof outer layer; and 
 an absorbent inner core between said inner layer and said waterproof outer layer. 
   
     
     
         10 . The razor enclosure of  claim 9  wherein said lining fits snugly within the inner surface of said base. 
     
     
         11 . The razor enclosure of  claim 9  further comprising a first fastener and a second fastener, said first fastener attached at the inner surface of said base and said second fastener attached at the bottom of said lining. 
     
     
         12 . The razor enclosure of  claim 11  wherein said first fastener and said second fastener are hook-and-loop fasteners. 
     
     
         13 . The razor enclosure of  claim 9  wherein said outer layer attaches permanently within the inner surface of said casing. 
     
     
         14 . The razor enclosure of  claim 13  wherein said casing comprises disposable material. 
     
     
         15 . The razor enclosure of  claim 9  wherein said casing is in a T-shaped form. 
     
     
         16 . The razor enclosure of  claim 9  wherein said casing is in elliptical shape. 
     
     
         17 . A razor enclosure comprising
 a casing comprising a base capable of covering the blade of a razor, and an opening capable of receiving the head of said razor; and   a lining mounted within the inner surface of said casing, said lining comprising a plurality of layers, said plurality of layers comprises
 an inner layer, said razor rests at the surface of said inner layer; 
 waterproof outer layer; and 
 an absorbent inner core between said inner layer and said waterproof outer layer. 
   
     
     
         18 . The razor enclosure of  claim 17  wherein said lining covers the entire inner surface of said base. 
     
     
         19 . The razor enclosure of  claim 17  wherein said lining covers only one of the few inner surface of said base, wherein said lining attached at the inner wall surface of said base that comes in contact with the blade of said razor. 
     
     
         20 . The razor enclosure of  claim 17  wherein the exterior surface of outer layer comprises an adhesive that permanently attaches said lining to the inner surface of said base.
