Abstract

The disclosed embodiments include wearable transaction devices. A wearable transaction device may client device for executing a transaction. The client device may include interface hardware for communicating transaction information, a memory device for storing the transaction information, and sensor hardware configured to sense an action performed by a user. The client device may also include one or more hardware processors configured to access the transaction information, and identify an operation based on at least the transaction information. The one or more hardware processors may be further configured to determine that the operation is authorized by the user, and transmit a notification to a server based on the determination that the operation is authorized by the user, the notification including at least an indication of the identified operation.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A system for executing a device-to-device transaction comprising:
 a memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to:
 receive a plurality of notifications indicating that:
 a first action was performed by a first user using a first client device, the first client device being associated with the first user and comprising a first wearable device; and
 a second action was performed by a second user using a second client device, the second client device being associated with the second user and comprising a second wearable device;

 determine that the first and second actions are associated, based at least on the received notifications;
 identify a transaction requested by the first and second actions based on the determination;
 validate the identified transaction based on a criterion for authorizing the transaction, wherein validating the identified transaction comprises determining that the first and second actions are substantially same actions performed at a substantially same time; and
 initiate the identified transaction based on the validation.

         2 . The system of  claim 1 , wherein:
 the first client device further comprises a first processing device; and the second client device further comprises a second processing device.

         3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the first processing device and the first wearable device are separate components.

         4 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the first processing device and the first wearable device are integrated components.

         5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first client device and the second client device are different types of devices.

         6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first and second wearable devices each comprise at least one of a motion sensor or an accelerometer to identify the first action and second action.

         7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein validating the identified transaction comprises determining that the first and second actions correspond to at least one of a handshake, a high-five, or a touch of the first and second client devices.

         8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein validating the identified transaction comprises determining that the first and second actions include at least one of jumping, nodding, pointing, or pressing of a button.

         9 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a camera, and wherein the first and second actions comprise recognitions made by the first and second users based on visual data captured by the camera.

         10 . The system of claim 9 , wherein the recognitions comprise at least one of a picture of the first user, a picture of the second user, a gesture, or an interaction in a virtual space.

         11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein validating the identified transaction comprises validating the identified transaction using at least one of voice recognition or biometrics.

         12 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to provide a prompt to at least one of the first or second users, as a confirmation that the first and second actions took place.

         13 . The system of claim 12 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:
 determine that a probability of the first and second actions occurring is below a predetermined threshold; and provide the prompt to at least one of the first or second users when the probability is below the predetermined threshold.

         14 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to transmit at least one notification to the first and second wearable devices indicating that the transaction was completed.
