Abstract
A distributor for an electrical appliance contains a valve module provided with an inlet and multiple outlets with a fluid flowing in through the inlet of the valve module, and a distributor module, in which is provided a channel. The channel is connected directly to a corresponding outlet of the valve module via a mechanical connecting part.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fluid distributor for an electrical appliance, comprising:
a valve module having an inlet and multiple outlets, a fluid flowing in through said inlet of said valve module; a mechanical connecting part; and a distributor module having a channel formed therein, said channel being connected directly to a corresponding one of said outlets of said valve module via said mechanical connecting part.
2 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , further comprising a controller for controlling an outflow of the fluid from a desired one of said outlets of said valve module.
3 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , further comprising a treatment agent container module having an accommodating part, said accommodating part being used to store a treatment agent and being in communication with said channel of said distributor module.
4 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , wherein said valve module has a valve, said valve being disposed on said controller and being electrically connected to said controller.
5 . The fluid distributor according to claim 4 , wherein said valve is fixed to said controller.
6 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , wherein said valve module contains a valve and a housing, said valve being fixed to said housing of said valve module and being electrically connected to said controller.
7 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , wherein:
said distributor module having a housing; and said valve module contains a valve, said valve being fixed to said housing of said distributor module and being electrically connected to said controller.
8 . The fluid distributor according to claim 4 , wherein said valve is electrically connected to said controller by soldering, riveting, an elastic connection or an insertion connection.
9 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , wherein said mechanical connecting part is a quick connector or an engagement connecting part.
10 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , further comprising a microcontroller unit disposed on said controller, said microcontroller unit being used to control operation of said valve module.
11 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , wherein said valve module further contains a metering pump, said metering pump being electrically connected to said controller, and said metering pump being able to pump a predetermined amount of a liquid treatment agent from a liquid treatment agent container into a fluid path according to a signal of said controller.
12 . The fluid distributor according to claim 11 , wherein said valve module has a detector, said detector being electrically connected to said controller, and said detector being able to detect a height of the liquid treatment agent in the liquid treatment agent container.
13 . The fluid distributor according to claim 2 , further comprising:
a flow meter disposed in a fluid path, said controller is disposed close to said flow meter; and a sensing element installed in a fixed manner on said controller in a position corresponding to said flow meter.
14 . The fluid distributor according to claim 13 ,
wherein said flow meter has a vane wheel chamber and a vane wheel disposed in said vane wheel chamber, said vane wheel chamber being formed integrally with the fluid path; and further comprising a magnetic part disposed on said vane wheel.
15 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , wherein:
said channel of said distributor module is one of a plurality of channels; and said valve module contains an actuator component, said actuator component having a motor, a valve core, an inlet and a housing, said valve core is installed in said housing and can freely rotate in said housing, said housing is fixed and cannot move, said motor can drive said valve core to rotate around an axis thereof, said valve core having multiple openings formed therein and in different axial positions on said valve core, said housing having outlets disposed in positions corresponding in an axial direction to said openings of said valve core, and said outlets of said housing are in communication with corresponding ones of said channels of said distributor module.
16 . The fluid distributor according to claim 15 , wherein said multiple openings of said valve core are separated by a predetermined angle in a circumferential direction.
17 . The fluid distributor according to claim 15 , wherein said multiple openings of said valve core are separated by a same angle in a circumferential direction.
18 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , wherein the fluid is water.
19 . The fluid distributor according to claim 1 , further comprising a collection chamber module for collecting a mixture of the fluid and a treatment agent and having an outlet, the mixture flowing out through said outlet of said collection chamber module.
20 . An electrical appliance, comprising:
a fluid distributor containing a mechanical connecting part, a valve module having an inlet and multiple outlets with a fluid flowing in through said inlet of said valve module, and a distributor module having a channel, said channel being connected directly to a corresponding one of said outlets of said valve module via said mechanical connecting part.
