Claims

Abstract

Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling transmission, a network device, and a terminal. The method includes: determining, by a first radio access network device according to a service transmission condition of a terminal in a first single-mode wireless communications system, that a multimode wireless communications system comprises at least two wireless communications systems transmits a service for the terminal; and sending, by the first radio access network device, first control information to the terminal, where the first control information includes link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, so that the terminal switches a service, which is transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system, to the multimode wireless communications system according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems. In this way, resource utilization of a wireless communications network is improved.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An apparatus for controlling transmission, the apparatus comprising:
 a processor, configured to:
 determine a transmission condition of a terminal transmitting a service in a first single-mode wireless communications system meets a preset condition, and 
 determine at least two wireless communications systems among a plurality of wireless communications systems for transmitting the service of the terminal according to at least one of:
 a data volume of the service of the terminal; 
 a link quality of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems; 
 a type of a service that can be carried by each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems; 
 a capability carrying a service of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems; and 
 a link cache of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems; and 
 
   a transmitter, configured to transmit first control information comprising link information of the at least two wireless communications systems to the terminal for switching the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system to the at least two wireless communications systems according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems.   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein to determine the transmission condition meets the preset condition, the processor is configured to determine one or more of the following conditions are met:
 a data volume of the service of the terminal transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system is equal to or great than a set data volume threshold;   link quality of the first single-mode wireless communications system is lower than a set quality threshold; and   a link cache of the first single-mode wireless communications system is less than a set cache value.   
     
     
         3 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the processor is further configured to determine a second single-mode wireless communications system transmits the service of the terminal when a transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the at least two wireless communications systems meets another preset condition; and   the transmitter is further configured to transmit second control information comprising link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system to the terminal for switching the service from the at least two wireless communications systems to the second single-mode wireless communications system according to the link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system.   
     
     
         4 . The apparatus according to  claim 3 , wherein to determine the transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the at least two wireless communications systems meets the other preset condition, the processor is configured to determine one or more of the following conditions are met:
 link quality of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems is lower than a set quality threshold;   a link cache of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems is less than a set cache value; and   an offloading threshold of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems reaches, wherein the offloading threshold is set according to an attribute of the wireless communications system.   
     
     
         5 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein, when the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system by the terminal comprises one service type, the processor is further configured to determine a proportion of the service data transmitted in each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems according to a link quality of each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems. 
     
     
         6 . The apparatus according to  claim 1 , wherein, when the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system by the terminal comprises two or more service types, the processor is further configured to determine which type of service or a data volume of which type of service is to be transmitted in each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems according to a link quality of each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems, the data volume of the service of the terminal or each service type. 
     
     
         7 . An apparatus, comprising:
 a receiver, configured to receive first control information from a first radio access network device and comprising link information of at least two wireless communications systems;   a transmitter, configured to switch according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, a service transmitted in a first single-mode wireless communications system to the at least two wireless communications systems; and   wherein when a transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the first single-mode wireless communications system is determined by the first radio access network device that meets a preset condition, the at least two wireless communications systems is determined by the first radio access network device among a plurality of wireless communications systems according to at least one of a data volume of the service of the terminal, a link quality of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, a type of a service that can be carried by each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, a capability carrying a service of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, and a link cache of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems.   
     
     
         8 . The apparatus according to  claim 7 , further comprising:
 a processor, configured to, before the receiver receives the first control information from the first radio access network device, establish a first link with the first single-mode wireless communications system; and   wherein the receiver is configured to receive the first control information over the first link from the first radio access network device.   
     
     
         9 . The apparatus according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the receiver is further configured to, when the transmitter transmits the service in the at least two wireless communications systems, receive second control information from a second radio access network device and comprising link information of a second single-mode wireless communications system; and   the transmitter is further configured to switch the service transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems to the second single-mode wireless communications system according to the link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system.   
     
     
         10 . The apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein:
 the processor is further configured to, when the service is transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems, measure link quality of the at least two wireless communications systems; and   the transmitter is further configured to transmit the link quality of the at least two wireless communications systems to the second radio access network device.   
     
     
         11 . The apparatus according to  claim 9 , wherein the processor is further configured to establish a second basic link with any wireless communications system in the at least two wireless communications systems; and
 the receiver is configured to receive the second control information over the second basic link from the second radio access network device.   
     
     
         12 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer program codes stored thereon, executable by one or more digital processors for providing system configurations, the computer program codes comprising:
 instructions for determining a transmission condition of a terminal transmitting a service in a first single-mode wireless communications system meets a preset condition;   instructions for determining at least two wireless communications systems among a plurality of wireless communications systems to transmit the service of the terminal according to at least one of:
 a data volume of the service of the terminal, 
 a link quality of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, 
 a type of a service that can be carried by each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, 
 a capability carrying a service of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, and 
 a link cache of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems; and 
   instructions for sending first control information comprising link information of the at least two wireless communications systems to the terminal for switching the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system to the at least two wireless communications systems according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems;   
     
     
         13 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 12 , wherein the transmission condition meets the preset condition when one or more of the following conditions are met:
 a data volume of the service of the terminal transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system is equal to or great than a set data volume threshold;   link quality of the first single-mode wireless communications system is lower than a set quality threshold; and   a link cache of the first single-mode wireless communications system is less than a set cache value.   
     
     
         14 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 12 , wherein, when the service is transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems, the computer program codes further comprise:
 instructions for determining a second single-mode wireless communications system to transmit the service of the terminal when a transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the at least two wireless communications systems meets another preset condition; and   instructions for sending second control information comprising link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system to the terminal for switching the service transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems to the second single-mode wireless communications system according to the link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system.   
     
     
         15 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 14 , wherein the transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the at least two wireless communications systems meets the other preset condition when one or more of the following conditions are met:
 link quality of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems is lower than a set quality threshold;   a link cache of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems is less than a set cache value; and   an offloading threshold of at least one of the at least two wireless communications systems reaches, wherein the offloading threshold is set according to an attribute of the wireless communications system.   
     
     
         16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 12 , wherein, when the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system by the terminal comprises one service type, the computer program codes further comprise:
 instructions for determining a proportion of the service data transmitted in each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems according to a link quality of each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems.   
     
     
         17 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 12 , wherein, when the service transmitted in the first single-mode wireless communications system by the terminal comprises two or more service types, the computer program codes further comprise:
 instructions for determining which type of service or a data volume of which type of service is to be transmitted in each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems according to a link quality of each wireless communications system of the at least two wireless communications systems, the data volume of the service of the terminal or each service type.   
     
     
         18 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising computer program codes stored thereon, executable by one or more digital processors for providing system configurations, the computer program codes comprising:
 instructions for receiving first control information from a first radio access network device, wherein the first control information comprises link information of at least two wireless communications systems;   instructions for switching, according to the link information of the at least two wireless communications systems, a service transmitted in a first single-mode wireless communications system to the at least two wireless communications systems; and   wherein when the first radio access network device determines a transmission condition of the terminal transmitting the service in the first single-mode wireless communications system meets a preset condition, the at least two wireless communications systems is determined by the first radio access network device among a plurality of wireless communications systems according to at least one of a data volume of the service of the terminal, a link quality of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, a type of a service that can be carried by each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, a capability carrying a service of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems, and a link cache of each wireless communications system of the plurality of the wireless communications systems.   
     
     
         19 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 18 , wherein the computer program codes further comprise:
 instructions for, before receiving the first control information from the first radio access network device, establishing a first link with the first single-mode wireless communications system; and   instructions for receiving, over the first link, the first control information from the first radio access network device.   
     
     
         20 . The non-transitory computer readable medium according to  claim 18 , wherein, when the service is transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems, the computer program codes further comprise:
 instructions for receiving second control information from a second radio access network device, wherein the second control information comprises link information of a second single-mode wireless communications system; and   instructions for switching the service transmitted in the at least two wireless communications systems to the second single-mode wireless communications system according to the link information of the second single-mode wireless communications system.
